My name is Hedi short for "Hedieh", I am Iranian-Canadian and currently live in the UK. I am a bodyworker and mindfulness teacher.
In this corner of the world, I help humans break free from the constructs of today’s society to create their unconditioned life. Empowering them to turn setbacks into strength, experience greater vitality and trust in their bodies through postural alignment, functional strength training, and mindfulness magic.
