When I tried it with the folder you guys sent me , it didnt work. Also how is it with the access permissions (when i use it on a subfolder link, will the viewer be able to go back to the teamfolder even if he shouldnt be able to do that)? Will this work if your start date and end date are null?

One thing I REALLY struggle with in Zoho CRM is that tasks don't have a time (nor duration). Which means they cannot be put in a specific time of the day. Since I use Recruit, Projects, CRM and have other events, Zoho Calendar (or any other agenda-like calendar) is the best way to organise your day. But since CRM Tasks don't have time or duration....they can't be used in a calendar!

Is there a feature in Zoho One for employees/site mangers to log project or employee time? If so, can that be automated to populate the project metrics?

Is there a way to budget, record expenses at the task level, not by hours? I have subcontractors I work with, I have a budget going onto the negotiations and then we settle on a price. Also. What would you recommend for the initial estimate / proposal. I dont see a way to convert services and good into tasks in projects. Should I start things off from projects?

A quick question.... 1 Number and simultaneously ringing for multiple users... when lead1 calls to that number, user1 talks and again the same lead1 calls, user2 talks now... is it possible that all call records go to the lead owner inspite of multiple user receiving the call?

Hi Mate - great video, and exactly what I was trying to do. I'm getting the first part to work fine, creating a project from my template all good. but when I run the association part it returns a bad connection error: {"code":"INVALID_TOKEN","details":{},"message":"invalid oauth token","status":"error"} and doesn't associate back. I've selected Zoho.CRM.modules.ALL and ZohoProjects.projects.ALL in my connection scope, the connection is connected all ok, but doesn't want to run properly... Any ideas? (Also, FYI - to avoid scrolling through the scope list in a connection you can use chrome or firefox 'find in page' search and it will take you immediately to the scope you're after - unless that's why mine isn't working!)

I followed the steps. The layout from projects seems to be different, even though I have Zoho One. I could not find the templateID as you showed it. I now took the number string from the projects general view and hoped it would work. It does not work yet. I tried to test the function. It states the following: Failed to execute function Value given for the variable 'startdate' does not match its type Line Number:1. I have taken start date out and tested again, but now it gives the same error for 'end date'. Any ideas? Did I get the wrong templateID? Or is the field of start & end date not configured correctly? I used the field 'date' in the setup. Is that possible as 'date' matches in function? When I deleted the end & startdate from the function it reports it works, but no project is made (and of course I want to have a start and end date in the project. So what are your suggestions?

I configured everything exactly as shown in the video and while automatically creating a project from a closed won deal works just fine, it won't associate the project with the contact record. I've gone back over the script, the associate connection, the id field, and everything else numerous times and everything matches perfectly to what is shown in the video. Any idea why that might not be working?
