I try to list more than I sell. So if I sold 300 cards in a day, I try to list 400 or so. I have two stores so I list depending on what I have. I do list some base cards that have hobby, avoid listing just every base card though

For now it works great! Eventually, i want them all in my closet so I can shut the door and have a cleaner look, but the merchandise has to move first. Getting closer every day!

No worries. I wouldn't say I'm a fan or not a fan of any particular news channel. I like to rotate around to get as many perspectives as possible and then try to come to a conclusion with what I find. I actually picked up. Newspaper last weekend and read it like it was 1979 again!

Not very many yet. I have maybe 3-4k. They are all cards I listed early on and aren't sku bagged so it takes a bit to locate a certain card which is why I don't show it in videos. Making a sales video today so I will try to throw a little extra cabinet view in it

I end and relist periodically. I uses to do it often but I mostly sell thru stuff faster now with bulk discounts, coupons and kids packs

@TylerHedger always better to add more selection for buyers. Especially low end cards because you want those multicard orders

@ good point! Ya most mine lower end with mid as well..bought some collections..n lots off eBay.. listing is the time consuming part with no scanner lol but do cards as side hustle so time will always be a struggle😂 thanks for the feedback

I use one touch resealable. 32 point cards you can easily fit 40 cards. If they are thicker, it's less obviously

Yeah but the value can vary drastically and I won't sell better copies cheap. I have 60k listings so no big deal if I have a few multiple listings

I do get many orders bigger than 40, but it is annoying ebay splits them up. Also costs me another .40 processing for each order

Free shipping isn't really free. The pricing model I use includes shipping. And yes, you absolutely get more orders and ebay promotion if you offer free shipping

I get that for sure. I was just curious for example if a card is 1.99, you pay .97 shipping, after eBay fees, office supplies etc, you are at roughly .50 a card. But like you said I’m assuming that is made up in the fact of multi card orders as well as more sales. I appreciate it!

@Daldorn correct. Remember, on each additional card you don't have postage or any supply costs so you don't have .97 expenses in it. You maybe have .25 in ebay fees and that's it

Gotta search for them. You can buy a brand new one for about $800-$1000

Great question! Yes and no. Didn't know i would ever get this big. Also, I kinda needed the non-sport sales to fuel the growth and starting two stores from the very beginning didn't make much financial sense

up and down, tuesday was really really good for some reason but the rest has been mid.

Sales have dropped by about 50% over the last week or so for me. Not sure what’s going on.

@rapidhockles some of it is just normal slowdown. if you don't sell a lot of football, there isn't much else selling. However, Baseball will start picking up shortly

Yep. Open a store. A basic one at $19.95 per month will get you up to 11k card listings and 250 auctions per month
