Appreciate the kind words. Unfortunately, this game makes me want to blow my brains out sometimes and I can’t bring myself to make anything related to it when I feel that way. I come back every few months, when I’m hyped to play again.

@@wff0Sett to your streames 4-3 month ago. Really like your attitude and overall your idea of how to approach a gameplan as a Sett main. Unfortunately I only peaked Diamond before Vanguard dropped. I think I could've easily made it to Masters. I was stuck Plat for half a year, but when I started watching your vids and XCM - HOLY MOLY I started climbing so fast. The game is shit but Sett is just so much fun. Hope they will add Sett in their Fighting game.

Ok so upon rewatching, here’s what I should have done: slow push the wave so that he either A. Shoves it out towards me or B. Lets it slow push towards him to increase my chances of winning the 1v2 with minion damage. I know Rengar is top because he just took the grubs. Unfortunately, fast pushing the wave there gave ur got six extra minions to freeze with. If I backed like that, I would lose an entire cannon wave (which might as well be death). Imo the best alternative was to slowpush and make that same play (ping for gank) but with a larger wave of allied minions. The alternative would be to give up the wave and come back with a Tiamat to forcefully crash the freeze. But at that point I’d be a whole cannon wave down so I’d start slowly losing without the gank. Also, the damage landing on ur got for sure helped but more importantly just using the W for shield before they cc’d me so urgot R doesn’t kill me saved the topside of the map.

I build botrk into duelists or people that I need to kill quickly, so in matchups where HP doesn't matter as much as killing the enemy before they kill you. I'm thinking of fiora, camille, irelia, gwen specifically. botrk is also handy into tanks if you're fairly ahead. stride is generally the safe option though because it gives you a lot of what you need.

Thanks! I went on a disgusting gaming spree after these losses and ended up playing like 40 games in a row. down 5 but yk... oh well. I have positive MMR so i'm back to the same lp I was at the start of the 40 games even though I'm down 3 losses overall. It was my last day before my gf comes to visit which will lower the amount of time I can spend spamming games xd. Honestly surprised to see people watching the streams, glad to know.

It's on an individual basis. This guy never engaged on me, so I never had a chance to close the distance (whoever engages first is at a disadvantage). Against worse urgot players, I will generally Q E combo pretty often to poke/chunk them out especially if they prove to be scared of my Q E combo over the course of the lane. This guy knows his limits and so did I. In the end it came down to the 2v2 that I barely outplayed with 1. Pinging my jg to help bc I knew I was in danger and then 2. the backwards W, R, Flash.

Also, when he uses his E, you can interrupt his dash with your E or R, which puts you at a large advantage in the trade.

Ahh… sett is barely viable to OTP rn, but it is a miserable experience and I wouldn’t suggest it if you’re trying to climb for real. He’s just terrible to first pick because the enemy can pick one of three dozen champs that can make your game miserable. I don’t have a spreadsheet. Mm the closest thing would be the mobafire matchups section of my or boiltheoil’s guides but I think those are outdated.

@@cathack8413 yes! I go overgrowth as well but bloodthirster gives you a 200 shield by the time you get it, which increases up to 400Hp by lvl 18. 400hp, 80 AD, 18% lifesteal. Really balanced item I think!!!

Hmmm don’t use W to block his Q. Use E or R or even your own Q instead by walking into him with it.

in the past, I would have said most matchups. But right now, botrk for winning lanes or bloodthirster for sustain feel better to me. If the enemy team has a lot of kiting potential, stride may be better. Also, if you need the waveclear from tiamat vs matchups like garen, singed, or sion who like to proxy and fuck around with minion waves you'd also go stride.
