Yeah thats not how offers work. The skin is not 160 dollars. You are not buying the skin. The skin is not even for sale. You are buying the packs. The skin is a bonus if u buy those packs. It technically adds to the value of the packs. It makes the packs even more valuable. Your argument is a logical fallacy. Its literally the same as arguing that u are getting ripped off by a company who is giving you a free mouse and keyboard if u purchase a computer because they are selling the mouse and keyboard for over 1000 dollars. Yeah that doesnt really make much sense.
While I understand the argument being made, I disagree totally. If you want the skin you have to spend 160$. I'm not saying the packs are bad, or you only get the skin. Im saying that in order to get the skin, you need to spend 160$, therefore the skin is costing people $160. Some people don't care or even want the summons, but they do want the skin. I don't buy other skin packs for the summons, I buy they because I want the skin. A skin being locked behind a $160 paywall is just not a good thing. ESPECIALLY since its a bad skin IMO. If you are going to buy ancients this weekend, sure its a great deal and why not get the skin too. Those arent the people being affected here.
@@RydasRealm Yes locking the skin behind a 160 dollar paywall is not a good thing. Its a predatory tactic to make people spend money, however the skin is still not for sale for 160 dollars. You cant just cherry-pick part of the deal that u like and say that it costs the entire price of the deal ignoring the rest of the stuff simply because u don't want them. And who wants the skin and not the crystals anw. If you want to use his skin you need to pull him and he is P2W. Most people who use him spend money. Usually a lot of money, especially now with Praetus and Ingrid banners 2 weeks from each other.
You're right, but I also say in the video that it's not a skin pack price. So while I do agree with you, you are cherry picking my statements as well. I love this debate so please don't take anything I say as an attack.

I literally have 0 problems if a game wants to make money off of visuals not affecting the power of players whatsoever it’s just like in real life you can’t afford some stuff others can and companies make money , I don’t care about the skin I’ll never spend money on a gatcha game anyway and if people want their heroes to look a little different and are willing to pay I’m happy because the game is making money so it doesn’t die and I don’t have to look for another one because this one is actually really fun for a f2p
I can appreciate that point of view for sure. I actually feel similarly in most cases, but pay walling a skin behind 160$ worth of purchases just seems greedy, in my opinion at least. I would be totally fine with it being a more expensive skin because of what the character is, just not to this extreme. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Absolutely! I couldn't agree more with that. Some of the decision making has been questionable to say the least. Im not against spending at all, I spend. Its how the game keeps going and keeps being updated, people want to get paid. But there comes a point where it feels like a slap in the face and predatory.
I just watched your Praetus skin video and I am just shocked. I'm still planning to pull for Praetus but I really wanted that skin. Hopefully my 40 shards are enough to get me the Hero and Ill just have to live without the skin I guess.

Getting it doesnt make you fucked up at all. I am totally fine with the packs, in fact they are all decent deals. If you are going to spend on summons this weekend anyway, especially ancients, its amazing. I just hate that they locked the skin behind a $160 paywall. I would say Brokkir is the prize on this banner, if you dont own Cyrus I'd say he's needed in fac trials/campaign/nightmare void rift and GvG....if you dont care about these areas then skip. Xena is a newbie kinda hero imo wont do much at all for most of us.

Unfortunately, there are a few things that could work out. For example, Hatssut with ichor calice or a pretty hp buffed Marri. However, it s rough to set up a team with Ingrid in central keep, you kinda have to go double tank. I will send you what i got so far
