Anderson Valley Winegrowers Association is a not-for-profit trade group created in 1983 to promote the grapes and wines of the Anderson Valley winegrowing appellation. We are supported through the dues paid by our membership, generous sponsorships, and proceeds from the festivals that we produce each year. These videos showcase some of our events and educational conferences held throughout each year.
Along with promoting the Anderson Valley as a viticultural region, we also work to build our community. To-date over $450,000 has been donated to local community groups such as the Anderson Valley Health Center and the Anderson Valley Ambulance.

Enjoyed learning more about these grower/owners. Have visited their winners several times, love the wines. Everyone should try to experience Anderson Valley.
This is such a wonderful documentary. I was raised in Anderson Valley and as a teenager and young adult worked at Jack's Valley Store in Philo. Because of my job there, I had the pleasure to meet most of the people that were shown in this video. I worked with Therese Kobler and knew her son Norman and husband Hans. Great people! A group of us helped them plant some vines one weekend. Therese was an excellent cook. If it wasn't for Hans and Therese, I might not have acquired a love of good wines, both domestic and imported.

Does this store well frozen?
Yes it can be frozen, but it does compromise the texture a bit.
If using natural casing, couldn't the sausage also be hung in a smoker?
From Chef Janelle - "I don’t think that the egg and cream based mixture would taste very well smoked, and it’s a pretty loose texture, unlike a meat and fat “forcemeat” or “farce” which is typically put into meat casings and would lend itself well to a smoker application-but I have not tried it, and if you do try it she'd be curious how it turned out!"

Anderson Valley wine growers at it's best. Being a fabulous community. Had the Roederer Estate Brandy just this weekend in my Boulevedier. Very tasty!
That brandy is a collectors item... the still was purchased and retired the production sadly. Enjoy!

Awesome! Best part of Anderson Valley is the small community that you can connect with. The camera was actually everyone's smart phones believe it or not! Our videographer Kelley Lim worked some magic and we had fun working with him!
