It is not. Just the texture pack.

If you are referring to the actual PSP, you'd have to be able to find and replace the actual texture files. I couldn't help with that. On phones, the process is the same as for PC. Find the texture replacement folder and put the contents there and turn on "replace textures" in Dev Tools.

You should be able to use the same iso from that one with this texture pack. Somber Twilight uploaded a texture pack for Kurenai that contains what I did for it with their HD textures, but some things are either missing or different: th-cam.com/video/oRde6xWAyB8/w-d-xo.html . I've considered doing my own release of it, but it wouldn't be compatible with their HD texture pack. Should I release it anyway? To compliment it, I have a custom rom in progress with English subtitle, Japanese audio instead of dub so the in-game voices match the audio from the cutscenes and previews.

Yep. It's still there, to my knowledge. The hard part is that you can't buffer it, so you have to time it immediately when Taki starts dashing. I used this at a local once for a ring out. Got bodied, but at least I got the reaction I was looking for lol. "I WAS BLOCKING!" my opponent shouted as he held his controller in the air while holding the guard button. 😂

Er, I don't think what you downloaded is the same thing I uploaded. The link should send you to sta.sh which is DeviantART. There, you can download the pack. In the zip shouldn't be another zip file. You should see a folder called "ULJM05505". Extract that folder into "PPSSPP\data\textures"

No, it's just taking longer to make than I expected. One of my main concerns at present is the large gap between story and action. It's kinda hard to make lasting fights when everyone can kinda kill each other off quickly except for Arcueid and Ciel, so I've been planning some things that I don't even have the resources for. That and figuring out how I'll handle the sound design.

English isn't my first language and im yet familiar with all of the English phrases, haha. but yes, to the point, what i said is just my speculation. idk if it's true unless someone willing to try prove my theory. which exactly that has been on my mind but never got the chance to try it myself. the FMVs in the iso are formatted in PMF. so maybe it's possible to just change the videos we are gonna insert in into PMF also

It works only as long as both players have the program and have it active. Otherwise, you'll experience a desync.

If you have a DeviantART, sign in to it and go to the main Sta.sh page, and then go back to the download. That's a DeviantART thing I've come to learn. If you don't have a DA, check SomberTwilight's recent videos. They have a link to a collection of texture packs. Mine being one of them.

I used 3 layers for the classroom scene from top to bottom: Layer 3 = Solid Color with "Overlay" Blending for Grading. If the color is too strong, use the alpha while messing with the saturation for your desired tone. Layer 2 = White skewed rectangles (or if you have Light Rays PNGs with a black background) blurred with either "Add" or "Screen" blends. I generally have the alpha around 15 or 30 depending on which one you choose. Layer 1 = In contrast to Layer 2, I have a wide shape covering the visible area with a black "Overlay" Symbol with enough alpha to darken the environment, but not too dark that Layer 2 can't balance the light drawn to the picture. Main point is overlays and blurs while touching up on the alpha for all of them. Also keep in mind, visual clarity. I'm thinking I might've messed up here with visual clarity in regards to the environment itself.
