I like the trailer and the gameplay looks like it could be neat, but you're taking heavy "inspiration", in that you barely changed up some artwork to call it different. Apart from that it does look cool, the art is really good.

I gotta say im excited to see interesting take like these in cults and the ideas of radicalisation presented. Through desperate, and misery brought on their people breeded resentment, and such resentment can stir into this cult, where it prides on misery and loneliness as opportunitys to exploit people who are in these weaken times. Im overall excited to see what this game does, wishing you luck on the journey

I do like the idea cause i am a huge fan of games where you run a cult for eldritch gods. Case and point one of my favourite games is “shadows of the forbidden gods”. It does seem like you took a lot of visual inspiration from darkest dungeon cause honestly i thought this game was made by their group at first cause i didn’t know their name. Ill be honest the gameplay didn’t fully click for me from what i saw it might just be i didn’t understand what you were saying but the jist i got was do roguelite runs reminiscent of slay the spire with some kind of turn based combat. Then go back to the cult lair to build it up. Kind of hard to say how much i will like it until i play some of it. Although i will say at least personally it will live and die based on how immersive it is and how fleshed out these dead gods are as both a mechanic and thematicly. Ideally with the 2 being used together synergisticly to elevate them above what they are by themselves. i like the concept and will look into the price points of backing later when i got time. At the very least i hope this goes well for you guys.
