One Tai Chi Zhan Zhuang, you can immediately grasp the energy of "Jin" and "Qi" .
With just one internal standing practice , you can immediately grasp the energy of "Jin" and "Qi" in Tai Chi, and even children can learn it right away.
Practicing "Jin" and "Qi" is the second lesson in learning Tai Chi. This method is based on over 20 years of teaching experience, condensing traditional individual practices like "whole body force" training, the "Jin path" of internal energy flow, and "internal Qi guiding" into the standing stance practice.
As a result, much of the trial and error traditionally involved in learning Tai Chi can be avoided, allowing students to focus directly on refining their Jin and Qi energy. From Tai Chi’s "whole body force," practitioners can access the source of internal energy flow and internal Qi guidance. This approach helps transcend the framework of physical movements, enabling the use of Jin and Qi energy to practice Tai Chi, Even beginners can start experiencing how to train with this energy, making it accessible even to children. This method enhances Tai Chi practice, offering better fitness results and achieving the goal of health preservation and body conditioning.

How to cultivate internal energy (nei jin) in Tai Chi ?
มุมมอง 185วันที่ผ่านมา
Mastering "understanding energy" (dong jin) means transitioning from physical movements to the realm of internal energy skills. In Tai Chi, one gradually becomes proficient and then understands energy. Simply put, it means training internal energy from the force generated by physical movements. Eventually, one no longer needs to rely on external movements to exert force, but instead transforms ...

In Tai Chi, the standing posture is used to refine the path of accumulating and circulating "whole energy" (Zheng Jin). Once this is mastered, it can then be integrated into the dynamic movements of the Tai Chi form. If you have already developed a strong sense of the flow and circulation of internal energy, you may not need to specifically practice the standing posture. However, if you have not yet grasped the internal sensation of "whole energy," you should focus on refining the path of internal energy circulation through standing practice.

‘Internal power qi’ is a body ‘imaginary’: a way of envisioning the interior of the body so one has a better phenomenological mapping of the body so it can engage in kinnectic chaining. In this sense, it is very real.

"Meat" and "Bone" body separation and understanding. In Yang I practice we do both separately starting with bone or skeletal body then the bones are "dissolved" when training the "meat" body. The bone body is like yoga with open joints and stretched skeleton and the meat body is like pressure hydraulics. Both follow taiji harmonies and principles but use entirely different engines and rotation points. Later they are integrated to be part of the yang form understanding where bone is passive receiving yin and the meat is the active following the Yi balanced in harmony.
