Great song. So underrated.

Unfortunately the Sunnyboys were big during the years when my head was too deeply inserted in my rectum to hear what a cracker of a song this is. Back then, my world mostly consisted of Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple (and the numerous off-shoots) and a handful of others such as Cold Chisel and Kevin Borich. Better late than never, eh?

I was a good mate of Tim Oxley one of the younger brothers, playing junior golf at Tweed 1 Saturday morning he told me his brothers had a band and their new song was going to premiere on a music show that morning , went home and watched it and became a fan instantly , told my mates at school and became our favourite band Tim even gave me a tape of a studio session of unreleased songs never heard before , wish i still had it 😒 anyway 40 years later still love the music and it will never get old ✌

I remember them playing at the Sussex Hotel in Sydney, back around 1980. That venue was the hangout for the Mods at that time, and the Sunnyboys with their 60s flavoured pop were not out of place there.
