Please the application letter says that if the course you wish to study does not follow your educational history you should give a valid reason for the change of the course with evidence of supporting documents,so my question is that let's say am coming in for bachelor program ,where I only have Secondary school certificate and I want to change my course for a different one so am I going to do the exactly what is stated there or am not

Hello Education Ireland, last week I have received my provisional letter from Ireland College. Now the college is requested me to pay the full amount in order to send my full acceptance letter.
