I would love this game just as much if the lead character was male. The gameplay, world-building and even the music are top-notch and people respond to that. The fact is, if anyone is busy ogling Eve, they will not be able to beat a single boss, paying attention to the fight is essential to progress,and it's so much fun. That's why it's popular and a best seller, Eve is just a bonus that has way less significance than people claim.

Well yes then they knew for what people they should aim with the marketing. But besides all that, this game is actually impressive. The only weekend point if any is the story where they kinda made it a little to predictive, but for their first console game ever it still shits on most games from western devs who are in this industry for decades
I recently completed the Platinum on this. Then did it again. I ain't a Souls player, but this absolutely felt like a Souls-like (based on the gameplay I've *seen*). It ain't messing about! 🥵
I actually used the auto sort at first since I was a noob but after playing the original Re4 I stopped using it. I grind the hell out of both Re4r and Re4 managed to unlock all costumes get 1,000,000 score with all mercenaries and on all the maps and currently going for getting Maxed out on all guns. This is truly one of my favorite Resident Evil games.

Damn I never expected someone to understand so little of the games mechanics and propositions... it is a skill issue. It's also revealing that you were engaging combat with most of the targets you're supposed to assassinate silently. Also for some reason you're PC version is a buggy mess. And the game is absolutely beautiful for it's time and contrary to most of your commentary is very responsive when mastered.
Definitely a skill issue, but the games mechanic felt stiff to me. I can def see why so many people call this game a classic, but I think I expected too much from all the hype over the years
I'm playing the game right now and have way different impressions. It's still fantastic, the parkour and story are really good. Now, the technical state of the game is abysmal. The stuttering makes it borderline unplayable out of the box, and the game is buggy. No excuses for that. However, here's some tips for issues that you experienced: To fullscreen the game after alt-tabbing, use alt-enter. To fix the jumps, lock the game to 60fps. Like many games from the era, (GTA IV and Prototype are great examples) the physics engine in AC breaks when the framerate goes over 60. This is what's responsible for those janky jumps bb
to me the whole fight 100 people is boring, and immersion breaking, im supposed to be a sneaky assassin, get in, assassinate, and get out, hopefully without dying, and it doesnt improve in later games, black flag i get it, your a pirate, makes sense you fight a lot of people, but others, not so much
Yeah, being a sneaky assassin is literally the point, but the franchise has you fight crowds of guards. One of the coolest things Ubisoft does is integrate IRL lore into in-game lore
I feel like the game is great for players like me. Ac1 was my intro into the franchise so I can look over the bugs bc of nostalgia. I understand why a person who plays it for the first time today might not like it but for me it'll always be a 10/10.

Assassin’s Creed is still my favorite; the story was super intriguing, the parkour was super tight and responsive, and I love how real the combat looked. Buddy, after watching your video, you just straight up suck at the game. Not once did you ledge grab, or side eject during parkour; and the swordplay is piss easy, I still don’t understand how you were failing that bad at the combat.
Def skill issue cuz of old game, but I came in expecting it to at least feel like AC2, y'know? Your opinion is very valid cuz SO many people see the game as a classic as well. It just wasn't for me
@@qqjle I’m not sure why you would expect the first game in a series to feel like its sequel. You can’t deny the skill issue with the parkour, there is a ton of mechanics to make parkour a breeze and super satisfying.
