You should ask if there are more owner of those lands. Some land whitout house can be owned by 2 ore more. I read stories that foreigner have bougt property but cant buil, and other have put their animals on the land. Ask also about it is registrated in oficial teretory.

I love these beautiful villages, however not suitable for retirees as one could feel lonely in old age.
