Still kept the CD with me as memorabilia... We had a laugh of confusions that Jackie Chan will be on stage as well then came out it was Jacky Cheung a HongKong actor/songwriter who had a duet with Regine Velasquez “In Love with You”

well, she definitely didn't look like she was nervous! and i believe that even if she had to do this live, she would have pulled it off well anyway.

Lea just said in her Backstory in the Inquirer that this was indeed lipsynced/prerecorded...I don't think she had a choice on this one, but she said that she was kinda glad that she had to lipsync because that high platform and the wind was making her nervous

I don't really care if it was lypsynched, I think it's just a precaution because of the weather then. As long as it's Lea performing, I've got no problem with it, you can rely on her giving a world class performance. Partida pa yan, if it was live, people will have goosebumps coz she's well trained for a live one coz that's how it is in theater.

The clarity of Lea's voice and diction is exceptional. You can even right down the lyrics of the song by just listening to her singing. She's a fantastic performer. There's a lot in the Philippines like her. I hope they'll get a chance to prove their worth too. Hollywood, is now start noticing the caliber of the Filipino talents. Look at Chrice Pempengco and Arnel Pineda, They are doing great in the US music scene. Mabuhay Filipinos!

i don't usually compare singers, especially when one is A WORLD-CLASS SINGER WHO WON A TONY AWARD and the other is JUST ANOTHER JADED FILIPINO SINGER WHOSE FANS THINK THAT SHE'S THE BEST JUST BECAUSE SHE COULD BELT HIGH NOTES, EVEN WHEN NOT NECESSARY FOR THE SONG. let's not even talk about INTONATION here. Lea's voice is crisp and won't give you a headache while regine's is totally annoying. it's like a metal file cabinet being dragged on galvanized iron. IT'S LIKE COMPARING CHAMPAGNE TO COKE.

Ang issue pa nga dati eh si REGINE V ang kakanta pero we heared 1# na hindi kasi hindi malinis ang english nya kaya hindi na tuloy 2# or tumanggi lang sya!!! pero we know na si MR Gary V ang kumanta ng theme song ng ASEAN games na ito. and ang balita sya dapat kakanta sa OPENING ng theme song kaso hindi namn alam kung bakit hindi nakarating pero still goosebump kasi pinoy parin ang gumawa ng album na ito kakatuwa lang! take note! 7,500 pesos ang ticket each!!! sa opening cermony nito.

Those complicated live stadium events are 'lip-synched.' #1 - It makes for an error-free performance. #2 - Sometimes there is wind up there or the mikes could go dead. #3 - The performer in those OPEN arenas sometimes cannot see the conductor or hear the orchestra very well. Believe me, I know. I have worked in 2 of the Olympic Ceremonies.
