People that put so much non glass items should have stickers placed on their bins, telling them why they are not taking anything.
Cardboard and paper in the glass garbage can. In too many countries, people have absolutely no idea about waste separation.

How does all that liquid form? What is it exactly? Landfill leachate is usually black and takes several days to form.
that liquid is known as leachate this happens because of the compactions of the machine in the truck when the garbage builds up in the truck it creates liquid from the garbage sometime the juice is cause by rainfall when water gets into the garbage which creates a rotten smell 🤢🤢
