The Fire & Wave Protocol: Military-Grade Techniques for Complete Energy Control
Most people live at the mercy of their energy states.
Either too wired or too tired.
Never in control.
After years of military service, I developed something different:
A tactical system for energy command.
In this segment, I break down:
- How to use Fire Breath to ignite your system when you're dragging
- Why Wave Breathing is your reset switch when you're overwhelmed
- The exact protocols for energy mastery
- How to never be stuck in lethargy or anxiety again
This isn't basic breathwork.
This is energy manipulation at its core.
I reveal:
→ The Fire Breath Protocol for instant energy activation
→ How Wave Breathing calms an overactive mind
→ Why most people stay trapped between extremes
→ The exact framework for finding your neutral
Think of it like this:
Fire Breath is your accelerator.
Wave Breathing is your brake.
Together, they give you complete control.
This is about mastery over your state.
Not being mastered by it.
Bringing order to chaos, one breath at a time.

Hey man! I saw your comment on the recent video from Anthony Perschon, i also want to start in this área of videography, editing and all that stuff. Is there any YT channel or course you would recommend for editing, color grading and all that stuff. Love your new project, keep grinding man!🫶🏻
Hey man thank you for that! It's a great place to start your journey as a content creator for sure. I would say check out a channel called "Henbu" his stuff is really good and very concise too! Appreciate your kind words, got lots more coming!
Helpfull and very instructive. Thank you very much!
Glad you enjoyed it brother!
Definitely gonna give this one a try, thanks for sharing bro!
My pleasure brother, more to come!
2 years of breathwork didn't really do that much tbh. What did change my life was breath awareness. Once you have glimpses of your true divine self you up the game to levels you never knew possible
@@Nous22 you’ve got to try the breathwork in order to bring awareness to it. Just the same as you don’t know how strong you are in the gym until you get under a bar and try to lift it. Once you are aware though everything and anything is possible
😃

Your breath is connected to your nervous system, which triggers the release of neurotransmitters (like serotonin and dopamine), the levels of which are correlated to how you carry and perceive yourself in the hierarchies of society, and impact the successful you are in life. Breath is powerful!
@@ChristoScriven Exactly, there’s so much more to this than simply inhaling and exhaling. Understanding the effects it has internally will shift a persons perspective on life!
I wholeheartedly agree on how life changing breath work can be. I personally used to do Wim Hof breathing prior to a meditation session and those two things along with some caffeine used to give me a level of focus that would allow me to crush my days with a ton of resilience. It’s been a while since I last did it, this video reminded me on how good I used to feel. So this is my sign to stand on business and get back to incorporating it into my routine.
Most of the time it's the simplest things that make the greatest changes for us. Glad you see the value in it bro.
Great message bro, Once I have started breathing through my nose my life has changed for the better, I 100% recommend the book Breath by james nestor it was a great inspiration for me. Keep up the good content man!

Were you also the same sravan on reeghan nyce's video? i saw your comment on nh's video on hamza too haven't watched the video yet but seems like valuable advice, have come to this realization a little bit too that 99% of new content is just 100% unimportant on yt nowadays even from good channels
@@Hebra1 yes bro that’s me. Exactly and it’s not to cause hate or drama but more to help people realise that a lot of the answers they seek are actually within themselves. Coaches exist for a reason to help people understand and unblock their path to accessing that information however I’ve seen that so many people are just rehashing the same content which is inevitable however they’re just parroting people they follow instead of giving their own nuances takes and people can feel that now and they’re sick of it.

Thumbs up! 🎉 Great suggestion.
It’s so funny I’ve been talking about this in recent weeks. The power of just showing up, whether it’s for uni lectures when you’re hungover, or gym when you don’t want to go, or even simply at a friend or family function when you don’t want to be there, sometimes you just need to show up. But for me, the balance is knowing when just showing up, is detrimental to your mental health. When is ok not to show up if it’s protecting your own well-being
Agree with you here! Though some might argue that by reinforcing the action of showing up strengthens your ability to push through situations that might have otherwise compromised your wellbeing in the past. Showing up when you don’t feel like it = unlocking super saiyan willpower
Awesome words. Really like ur vibe bro. Thanks to you I started taking walks those 45 minute walks you once made a video about. Follow your own wise advice and keep it up ❤️
Man this really means more to me than you know! Thank you for the kind words and I’m glad that you’re keeping up on those walks. There’s more coming bro - we’re locked in 👌🏽⚡️
Great vid and food for thought 🫡
Thank you brother! We need to catch up soon bro
Good topic
Thank you bro 🫡
I think the most important part of discipline and focus, is when you say you are going to do an action, you do it and you don't do anything else until you finish the action. If you tell yourself you will do 100 pushups and stop after 20, stay there until you get 100. It might take 20 minutes, it might take an hour, but you stay there until you do 100 pushups. It may not be the most efficient, but then you say that you will go for multiple sets of 21 reps the next day (use the hardship to change and have a better workout plan the next day). Make change after, but ALWAYS do what you say you will do. This will help you with focus as well since you will be focused on finishing one task completely rather than 3 half-assed attempts. Not to confuse this with goal setting. You want to set big goals, and you might not be able to achieve them, but always achieve the action steps you say you will do. These are just my thoughts after consuming content for nearly 2 years and there is definitely more I can say, but anyway, GREAT video.
Great points made man, I agree with you 100%. Thank you for the support.
Great Upload Sravan!

Interesting interview!:)
Thanks so much man, I have more content coming up 😁
I landed on this video from a reply you left on the "How I'm learning to think clearly" video, the way you are speaking here is very articulate. In my opinion I can digest it easier than Joseph Tsar in some areas, which is not necessarily a bad thing, just means I'm not quite used to people using words that are not as common, I'm sure I can train my ears to get used to higher accuracy in adjectives and ways to describe thoughts. I've not got nearly as much life experience as you do, and I won't pretend to be able to fully understand or relate to most of what you are talking about, just wanted to express that I think the information you are talking about is definitely valuable. I may not be able to comprehend what you're talking about at a deep level, but I just get that feeling like "Yeah. This guy is a good person." 👍
Wow thank you for that comment! This makes me want to kickstart my channel again and post more videos, I really appreciate that!
@@Sravan.Allopi Yeah no problem! Even a consistently weekly/fortnightly upload would be awesome, I'm sure there are definitely people that can take value and inspiration from these videos. (Myself included.) There's something about smaller channels that feels like you can really connect with what people are saying.
