At milepost 43 on Skyline Drive I hiked the Old Rag Fire Road to the Robertson Mountain Trail to the Weakley Hollow Fire Road to the Old Rag Fire Road. This is a very difficult hike, but especially difficult if you hike it clockwise. The last 5 to 6 miles is all uphill with a very steep grade. Brown Rocky Mountain Loop Trail 2 28 2023

Park at the Brown Mountain Overlook at milepost 76.8. This is a very difficult hike and you should exercise care. It is very rocky and there are approximately 10 river crossings so you will need shoe coverings, old shoes or something else. It took me 4 hours 50 minutes to complete. There are very steep elevation gains and losses.

Hiked the loop consisting of Wildcat, Riprap and At trails on 2.21.23. This was a 10.48-mile hike which required 4 hours 10 minutes to complete with an elevation gain of 2142. Doyle's River Loop Hike 2 15 23

Hiked the Doyle's River Loop on February 15, 2023. The weather was wonderful with temperatures in the 60s. This is a beautiful 8.83 mile hike with one waterfall after the other. I did not find it extremely difficult and would describe it as moderate. The Jone's Run section is all uphill. I started at Doyle River Trailhead, milepost 81.1. Took me 3 hours 52 minutes to hike and I was in no hurry.

Our upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The shower surround is 55 inches high. The 24 inches above the shower is covered with sheetrock which is susceptible to moisture. In this video we show you how we tiled this area with ceramic tile. We did seal the grout, but this step is not included in this video. We hope you enjoy and please subscribe to our channel. Slingshot that Shoots Arrows Project. I created a slingshot designed to shoot arrows. I basically freehand the design to scale. I traced the design on a piece of 1x6 red oak purchased from Lowes. Cut it out with a jigsaw. The entire project required about 6 hours. I am very pleased how well the slingshot works.

So much talking so little information
Contractor costs have gotten insane. People want 2 grand to do a medium size tile job. Lots of the peel and stick on amazon looks great if you do it right
I've been to the alligator river refuge many times. I've seen as many as thirty bears in an outing and none on other occasions. That's just how it goes. Just driving through there, I think to myself, this is probably one of the wildest places in North America. Very flat terrain with extremely dense, almost impenetrable forests. Lot's of briers and undergrowth. You'd almost be crazy to walk through the forest there. There are rattlesnakes everywhere. And the black bears there tend to be enormous. The largest black bear ever recorded----over 880 lbs was taken in an adjacent county.
The largest black bear is from New Jersey. Just last week they documented a 900 pound male.

Where did you purchase the products? Do you know if you can use paint or it has to be one of their color packs?
I provided the name of the product, so just Google a local dealer. I would not use paint, but you could contact the manufacturer.

I am curious about what you did at the top of the tiles along the ceiling..caulk or anything? Also, along the top of the shower wall where the tiles begin. Did you do anything special there to seal that area? Thanks. By the way, it looks great!
I am trying to remember. I think I use a grout at the top and bottom. Remember, the top of the fiberglass shower should be L-shaped, so there is little to no chance of water reaching the sheetrock. I hope this helps and good luck with your project. Our project still looks wonderful and no water issues. Larry

You did a pretty good job! But for anyone else doing this, use a facemask and gloves while cutting the marble. You can get silicosis from the dust! There's no cure for this, some people might not have much trouble but others might!

Did you apply the aqua defense over pre-painted walls? If so, do I have to sand it first?
I did apply aqua defense to the walls before installing the tile. I did not sand the walls. By the way, the installation still looks great.

Trust me you want to use the guy lines , i have this tent you need them for stability and air flow, i love this tent , im currently using this on the Appalachian trail right now ! I'm actually 6 miles from Penn Mar Pennsylvania ,been using this for 9 weeks now and its excellent in downpours, high winds etc. You definitely wont have any issues being wet , even without using a ground cloth ,but i highly recommend that you guy out the sides as well to stop condensation. Nice video though! Safe travels my friend

I could be wrong, but I believe that hawk at 30 seconds might actually be a Northern Harrier. The ring around its neck, and the outline around its eyes. Great video, I'll be there to photograph wildlife for a second time next week!
