Hi Brian! At 2:51 you said figure is the main antagonist. Well it's actually seek and you can also argue grumble is the main antagonist but figure rooms are too small and simple to be considered hard. And he also barely gets any screen time.

One problem I definitely have with this update is how figures ai was handled. Ever since he got his new ai he is nothing but a NON STOP PAIN. In floor one in particular. Half the time it feels like he randomly stumbles around but then he will randomly dart towards you. And the new clock item isn’t even worth using because it just makes figure go beserk for so long that you will probably die or figure will end up back in the spot where you didn’t want him. I’ve also noticed in the library he just camps the upstairs. Every time I have to go up there I have to constantly move to safety because he just goes up there constantly and makes getting books up there a pain. I hate how he can just randomly dart in your direction or just go beserk when you do one action for 2 minutes. I also hate how he just camps areas. Those are my main gripes.

Doors is supposed to be a game that feels rewarding as you survive longer after learning your past mistakes. Here though it throws all that out of the window in exchange for rng, and meaningless padding to use up more time.

Honestly I like how hard doors is because who would want to play a game that’s EASY? Like first try easy. I think that’s what makes games fun, the difficulty, like elden ring for example, its long… hard… and annoying but it makes it fun. I like the mines, it adds more rewarding feeling like you said

i beat floor 2 solo with no modifiers. i can summarize door 150 was NOT that hard since all the anchors were near base. however if you get terrible anchor spawning RNG i can summarize that in one word: HELL.

Queen Grumble is the one who chases you. Grumble are the ones in the Nest. Queen Grumble is an instakill, and Grumble does 50 damage but almost always hits you again while you're stunned, so it's pretty much an instakill too.
