omegalul
Thank you, for this video and for what you do.
answer the space phone
love these girls
Damn good work! :)))
I don't know how Stephane makes a living, but it seems to me he didn't consider the fact that for a lot of parkour/free running enthusiasts, teaching classes, or trying to make a profit out of parkour whatever the way, is the only option to be able to spend the better part of their time doing what they love. It seems reasonable to me that if in order to gain the opportunity to be paid to do what i love, i need to out-perform some other dude who doesn't want it as bad as me. Twice as much if the alternative is to get an office job. I admit it's a compromise between the philosophy of the discipline and the harshness of reality, but what can I do? If you don't like it, gimme a million so I can train free of worries.
What is the harshness of reality. Turning this sport into a competition?. If there are other people who wants to make a living out of this sport, of course you have to be the most suitable one compared to them to catch the opportunity. Such is life. What do you mean choose between the philosophy of this discipline or the harshness of reality
You don't have to sacrifice the philosophy of this sport to make a living . what do you gain out of sacrificing . what is it for.
Merci pour le partage. Se poser avant tout les bonnes questions pour au mieux pratiquer. Le goût de l'effort, l'amour de se trouver soi même pour mieux se retrouver avec les autres. Une bonne introspection avant tout.
Haha, what an ignorant comment! It's been 2 years though, hope you've changed your mind now. If you haven't, then you have learned nothing about parkour.
vive la france

@jlel Mark Toorock is one of those people that his APK has done more damage to the art than good.
I am sad to see that other groups in the USA are facing the similar problems when facing resistance against others who misunderstand the art.
I myself am a practitioner in the state of utah, in utah people frown very heavily on the practice due to the misunderstanding of the art, we have no safe place to train we cannot train in public property, parks, let alone at colleges. I received such heavy resistance when trying to organize a club at my college and I find myself dropping out of college so that I may pursue other avenues to help bring parkour up in a proper way.
in Hong Kong there are many parkour practitioner. But most of them train parkour for showing off, making money....Only few of them know how to have right attitude of parkour.Unfortunately, the official parkour association in HK(HKPA) is the largest parkour oganization, and its founder is likely to use Parkour to make money.... World, save us.....
Where is the one-year parkour training plan to follow?
The bunny was at franklin park conservatory!!!
Nice stuff man!
@Gregoryxlz Just a thought: If you approach Parkour a little bit more more like a martial art (or other self-defense discipline)--as opposed to an extreme sport or entertainment activity--then it's easier to see how the ability to move like this can have real world application without criminality.
the one thats singing
Imagine David, Seb, yamakasi, PKGEN,WFPF, all together for a world gathering.
Yes, very creative and interesting video.
This is probably my favorite video of theirs. Very creative.
@Archigearour when you start to feel a strange a marvellous sensation of being connected with your surrounding and you are doing just the necessary movements to get where you want without wasting valuable energy then I think the outer influence that people exert on you is not so big. My self I try to think on what an animal would feel, they don't go around trying to impress anyone they just are, exist, they nature is being free, to me that is the most rewarding experience that the discipline has
@parkourfreeruning3 By definition I think free running is getting from point A to point B in the most creative way possible whiel parkous is getting from A to B in the most efficient way possible.
Thank the Force this is awesome! I love women, I love bands, I love women in bands. Don't see enough women in music or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places.
You guys ought to come to the University of Kansas in Lawrence Kansas and convince them. I tried and when they replied back, they gave me what everyone else has. All of this "Too many legal ramifications, definite serious injuries, don't want to get sued, etc, etc." Whatever they researched, it wasn't a true portrayal of parkour. Seriously, though, help!
Which one is lalaine?
you damn ninjas stop stealin my capin crunch 0.o
per the 2/7/11 Washington Post review, Lalaine isnt on VT's current tour....they cant keep a bass player!
Finally a documentary that isn't loaded with new wave bullshit. If these people can somehow beat UrbanFreeflow, parkour has a chance. I'd rather support a group of integrity and truth than a group of sellouts to the media.
