    Fr.Stan is living what he preaches, so it really make sense to practice love in our life's various suffering. Love conquers suffering! Not easy, but without it; our suffering is a waste. Way to go Fr. Stan. Prayers and blessings to you & your ministry!

    Religious leaders are a primary reason why people suffer. This has been true throughout history and continues to be true today. The Catholic Church is not exempt from this truth. Religion is simply a fantasy, an evil life.

    I guess some people like its music, some others feel like the lyrics talk about their faith and honest beliefs, or some others both. Of course the song can be controversial, it speaks about stuff that we don't like to talk or hear about, but we all know it very closely. So it doesn't seem like garbage to me... Maybe if you watch some videos of Fr. Fortuna speaking, you wouldn't think him as a moron, but as a very wise and humble priest.

  • @Demosares
    @Demosares 11 ปีที่แล้ว

    This is one of the most ridiculous, absurd things I've ever seen. This is absolutely terrible. How could anyone think this anything but utter garbage? Also, no one wishes they were dead. What people really wish is that they had a better/different life. Moron.

    the bible is not eay to interpret you can't just pick it up. read it and take it literally it is a compilation of 76 different books with many genres. although there are many religions/philosophies you have to agree there is only 1 truth in life and for me it's christianity there are many scientifically proved miracles and personal experiences to back it up and if you believe there is nothing after death when your time comes your gonna be surprised I mean really why is there such a complex

  • @ohsnap31
    @ohsnap31 12 ปีที่แล้ว

    The Bible is full of contradictions and you would not dare want to live by everything the Bible says, like how to treat your children if they disobey you for example. The wisdom that can be found in the Bible could be found throughout history long before the Bible came into existence. It is a religion that is borrowed from previous religions. Live your one life and forget about this nonsense that life lasts forever.

    I don't know much about buddhism but in christianity God makes himself man and suffers willingly for everyone's sake and teaches us not to escape from suffering but confront it daily and like boris said it can be transformative if you know how to deal with it and there is great wisdom in the bible that shows how to live ones life that surpasses anything else if you truthfully abide by it

    I have watched his videos. He uses a lot of gimmicks that the self help gurus use. To me it is all a scam. In fact just recently the sweat lodge guru James Arthur Ray was convicted of homicide for telling his participants they just have to suffer..until they actually died.

    I just came from a Mass at my church in Houston, where Father Stan Fortuna was the guest celebrant. Granted his style of homily was quite unorthodox, but that is probably what the modern church needs. One thing that amazed me about him was that he has such an amazing voice - easily rivaling the best vocal talent on American Idol or the X factor. His rendition of Amazing Grace was mesmerizing. It's unfortunate that there aren't more clips of him singing instead of rapping.
