fun fact but stan lee (yes, THE stan lee) helped produce battle fever J, sun vulcan, and Denziman, its why the human mouth design came to be, as a american-inspired look from western superheroes and they still use them even now in sentai, and for Battle Fever J its why they look fully human, cause it was *supposed* to be Western Themed, originally Stan Lee wanted to do a "Captain Japan" IP but it got canned by Toei, so they reused it for the red ranger (Red Japan), all the rangers are countries (Blue France, Orange Cosak, Black Kenya, Pink Miss America) another fact but the Megazords came to be because they were first used in Toei Spiderman (japanese spiderman) and thought "hey maybe we can use these giant mechs in sentai" so they did and it worked greatly

My personal favorites would have to be the openings for Choujin Sentai Jetman (ver. 3), Hikari Sentai Maskman (including the Movie version which used the "Shot Bomber" song), Choujuu Sentai Liveman (Ver. 1), Kousoku Sentai TurboRanger, Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman, Choriki Sentai OhRanger (ver. 1), Kyuukyuu Sentai Go Go Five (ver. 1)...heck, there are just too many to list.

To be entirely fair about the weird one, that was made by Marvel & Stan Lee. It was originally gonna be a Captain America-like show until changes just made it as it was, it somewhat explains the weird outfits. Not saying it justifies the suits but now you know that's Captain Japan and four other country Cap's.

Ron Wasserman was the composer of the og theme song hence why multiple seasons use the same guitar riff, Samurai was also the first season post-Disney (Saban got the rights back) so I think they were going for familiarity. Fun fact: The blue ranger from Dino Charge (Yoshi Sudarso) is the older brother to the Ninja Steel blue ranger (Peter Sudarso) lol The second season of Dino Fury was moved to Netflix from Nickelodeon then we got Cosmic Fury as the final season of PR ever. Cosmic Fury's storyline happens after Once & Always and acts as a third season to Dino Fury.

Every time I was vibing, you're brother was like "that was alright" lmaooo Yes, that was the original unaired MMPR pilot which was basically used to show execs. It's actually on Netflix & shown as episode "0".

Fun fact at 7:13 that opening theme belongs to Solar Squadron Sun Vulcan, the only all male super sentai team. Thay also was almost had start power rangers before power rangers as Stan Lee and Marval comic try bringing the show to the US in the 80s but the project was unsuccessful with the the US version of sun vulcan only get a few dub over episodes on late night children tv channels, a hand full of live stage shows that where consiter somewhat popular and a old marvel comic tie in to the american show. Thought I have no clue if marvel version of Sun Vulcan is still consiter canon to thair comic book universe.

The earlier sentai are darker as they do kill people and some of the rangers have died. While the suits of Battle Fever J aren't the greatest, it is a popular series. It is the first to have a fighting mech while the first two were just ships. The original 5 from Goranger were survivors of their army units because the main villains massacred them all. Jetman is a fan favorite and is dark. It also has a lot of adult themes such as one of the heroes being a womanizing alcoholic and smoker.

February/March 2025 the 50th Season starts airing
