Hey gidday mate i just want to say what a awesome 👌🏻 job you did on the nice cows hoof great job mate. Kind regards Gregory Lee from Melbourne Victoria Australia 🇦🇺 😀👋👍?
Great Video. Loved the drone.
Love your channel j, great videos, very informative, and great explanations. Your dad has learned you well.
Fantastic video, i could watch the drone work all day .i can see why you never find a rich farmer ,that is so expensive to hire the cutter ❤
Oh my God!!! Animal Abuse!!!!!
Dude! You are ripping apart that hoof!!!!!!!!😮😮
Too much talk! Just move on.
You need to be trained by the hoof GP. Why do you keep sticking your finger in there, don't you think she'll be in pain?
Call hoof or Nate dammit
So cute 🥰🥰 and adorable 🥰😍😍
As a human i deal with abcesses myself, i cannot fathom the amount of pain she must've gone through with one that big ... holy moly..
Also a needle works for humans if the back pressure is enough (read: the abcess is mature enough)
YOUR EVIL AND SHOULD BE STOPPED. THIS IS VERY PAINFUL. AND THE FARMER SHOULD BE FINED ABSCESSES DO NOT OCCUR OVER NIGHT. I WOULD PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS IF I COULD
Hey your a farmer not a hoof trimmer.. you were a bit heavy handed on the heal but otherwise a super job! I would like to see those keyboard pussycats do the job better. Or at all! ❤
You butchered the top a bit but a good job elsewhere. Great getting all that loose horn off! (Bit of an amateur but your healing your cow 😀)
You bucher
Play definitely need to get a better system. For those cows.
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thanks!
Thanks very much!
been doing this for years but find cows less willing to graze even after mowing , any suggestions?
Ahh we find our cows are happy too! We don’t leave the field shut off for too long so the grass doesn’t get too poor. Have you also had your soil sampled recently?
@@uddermadnesss not for 6 years , good point we might want to look into that
Why do you need 2 loaders??
Because when we have a loader down for either service or repair then we would be screwed with no loader. They’re so critical on my farm so we have a new one as the work horse and the older one as a spare doing other light jobs. Thanks for watching 👍🏽
Not everyone is a city folk. GRAFIC was not the word I would have used to describe the first video. I can appreciate the fact that you are trying, BUT these cows are your livelihood and routine foot care would have saved that cow the extremely intense pain we watched the first video. It does pay to have a professional hoof trimmer come in once a year. It didn’t bother me that you didn’t have a crush it was when you started hacking away at her hoof. If you don’t do anything else at least take a course and Gramme does offer an online course. If you look at them like they are just animals who cares, think about your own foot if you had an infection would you let someone be hacking it away? First as a man I know you wouldn’t and second that is ridiculous, you would seek out a professional doctor. There are other Hoof Trimmers on UT that are professionals and some that are not qualified to own an animal let alone be trying to self doctor the animal. Do yourself and the cows a favor and get a bit of training if you are going to continue doing it yourself. I think most who watched and gave you all those negative comments immediately knew that you were not qualified to be doing that. Lucky for you the cow looked a wee bit better.
Thanks for your comment, of course I am always learning and I can always improve. However I do take regular refresher training with my vet, but if you see the red pus coming out in the original video that blood was trapped inside rather than me causing it. But granted there’s definitely some things I would have done differently with this trim when I watch it back. Anyway thanks for watching 👍🏽
U need sharp tools terrible
Thanks for the comment
Because it's really difficult to simply turn the key off when you out to unblock it. That was a damn stupid thing to do and a ridiculous thing to film yourself doing.🙄 Simple, basic safety isn't complicated.
Yeah good point! Thanks for your comment 👍🏽
You're crazy rough with your knife skills dude. Like... who trained you???
Hi thanks for your comment! I know there’s some things I would have done differently with this trim but be sure to see how she has healed now in this video.. th-cam.com/video/ZWEPI4jxFOA/w-d-xo.html
Welcome back
Thanks!
The new loader is looking good! Keep up the good content 👌🏻
Nice one mate!
Wonderful to see cows doing so well and I think they are very happy. Good work!
Thank you very much!
U will get a second cut into that clamp on top of first cut as pit not completely full
Yeah we’ll put 2nd cut on top of 1st. Then 3rd cut in clamp 2 with maize on top then the rest of the maize in clamp 3 as the buffer feed for next summer 👍🏽
Ever have some cows who prefer one side of the palour over another?
Absolutely! They’re creatures of habits so some prefer one side than the other and most even come it at a similar time throughout milking. Thanks for watching!
Where is your farm located. I am originally from Dorset, now USA. 9:19
I am in Cheshire, England 👍🏽
What country is this located in
Northern England. 👍
England, thanks for watching
Not a doctor
Hi thanks for your comment! I know there’s some things I would have done differently with this trim but be sure to see how she has healed now in this video.. th-cam.com/video/ZWEPI4jxFOA/w-d-xo.html
Hoof gp can't b every where whenever a cow needs help, well i'm happy that he did his job done n helped the cow to recover.
Thank you very much! Glad someone is saying I did ok 😂 she’s healed up nicely now
The animal suffered a lot to the point of defecating and urinating in pain.
Hi thanks for your comment! I agree there’s some things I could have improved on but she has healed up well now as you’ll see in this video.. th-cam.com/video/ZWEPI4jxFOA/w-d-xo.html

Just handier to diet feed from the pit.
That’s providing there’s any supplies in the pit and at this time we were all out!
You've got some good cows to milk
Thanks very much
Mint hat that, when’s the merch dropping? 🤙🏽
Need to get more of a following before a merch drop 😂

Hi thanks for your comment! I agree there’s some things I could have improved on but she has healed up well now as you’ll see in this video.. th-cam.com/video/ZWEPI4jxFOA/w-d-xo.html
This dude's tools are shit, not sharp, he's not good at all at his job like the others I watch. No real crush cows leg tied to the poll.. smfh I feel like he's trying to get in on the hoof cleaning game on youtube 😂..smh.. this is a shit farm and terrible hoof cleaning guy. Wow!!
Bro what’s with all the negative comments, I’m a fan of the hoof GP, but I bet he didn’t have all the fancy equipment when he first started, I’m pretty sure go made some mistakes too when he first started doing it
Finally someone fighting my corner 😂 thanks for the comment!
Good job 👍🏼
Thank you! Cheers!
Poor cow that looks so very painful bless her heart ❤❤❤❤
Hi thanks for your comment! I agree there’s some things I could have improved on but she has healed up well now as you’ll see in this video.. th-cam.com/video/ZWEPI4jxFOA/w-d-xo.html

Beautiful farm!👍🏻💕 Clean, well cared for animals. Regular vet checks!💕👍🏻 All dairy farms should use this as an example of how a dairy should be. Very nice! Thank you for caring so much for your livestock. 💕💕💕💕🐄
Nonsens
Why are dairy farms romanticized? what do you think happens to the calves? Look a little deeper .
Thank you so much!
why are they so so so expensive? You can simply tie a hard brush to a log and that's it, no? Why 3.000 pounds ?
Because the main one is automatic, motorised andswivelling with a host of safety devices, giving just the right degree of pressure on the animal's skin. It's not 'just' a broom head on a pole, it _actively_ grooms the cattle from head to tail, getting to all the contours of their head, neck, back and tail. The equivalent alternative would be a team of people armed with curry combs working all day and night, grooming all the cattle from the skittish heifers to the calm old heavy yielder - and the bull as well, in many herds. How much do you think _that_ would cost?
@@Sine-gl9ly Noooo true true true i made this question, and after went to watch other videos about and noticed that it is actually automatized and moves around the body of the animal 😂😂
@@rezopolis 🐂👍🤗
That’s it!
