I've owned an F3 body for a few weeks now, and at long last my first lens, an Olympus OM S Zuiko 35-70mm (F/4) will be arriving in the mail tomorrow (--no worries, I have a native OM mount) and I couldn't be more excited to finally start shooting and seeing what's possible. Seeing your footage only makes me all the more psyched, as I'm currently still limited to recording internally as well! I was wondering how large of an SD card you've managed to get away with your SxS adapter was? I currently have two official 32GB cards, but I want to expand as much as I can in the future!

interested to know which camera was used instead of this beauty? This is so not a hobby camera, and would love to see the footage compared to what you shot here. This is beautiful indeed. I can't imagine any other camera looking better, different yes.

Once again, superb images shot on the F35. Congratulations! I've been actively looking to buy one for my next project, but couldn't find one at a reasonable price... I even looked for an SRW-9000PL, but it's the same or worse. So I bought an Alexa PLUS for much less than the F35 salesmen were asking. And I unfortunately sold my F3 + my AJA CION to reduce the bill.

Always love to see new stuff coming from you. There are almost always people in your clips, which is great. Love the natural acting of the couple.

I was convinced the footage was from the opposite cameras. CRAZY!

No comparison, the Kinefinity Terra 4K is absolutely amazing!

The shadows are looking slightly orange/brown. Did you put a film lut on it? or is that what it looks like out of the camera?

What a time to be alive a former quarter million dollar camera used for home videos now lol, beautiful footage, considering pulling the trigger on one for $2000 nothing looks more like film than the F35, maybe the bolex.

Love the way your f35 footage looks. Do you have any way that I can reach you offline, maybe through email, so you could give me some tips on the way you grade these. I love the look of yours more than any other. Feels a lot like some of the indies shot in early 200s. I’m shooting a feature next month with the f3 (not f35), but everyone states (including you) that color science is pretty much the same. Please let me know if you would be willing to do that. I would greatly appreciate it. Dennis

I love the look but man do I wish you hadn't shown the faces of unsuspecting socioeconomically challenged people. Were they aware of you? Did they consent?

They look so close it doesnt matter. Before topaz ai or super scale, I'd say you might be in a pickle if you needed to crop in post. But now..... Theres not much reason. They still shoot 35mm and thats 2k so its all about dynamic range and color depth. Something these fancy HD cameras had.

They're so close, it doesnt matter. Thats shocking. Like you can tell one has more detail than the other, but you can add that back in post these days so... Close enough.

Never seen a digital "film burn", very cool. Does this mean you are manually ramping the fps while shooting? if so that's wild

1:52 What is causing some of the color cast changes in depth here with the refocusing? Are you using a polarizer?
