13:40 You filmed the guard at the gate of the military base warning you not to film. Don’t be too nervous. At most, they will delete the content you filmed unless you are 007. Hahahaha. The best place to travel to China this season is Harbin, where the world is. Remember to wear your thickest clothes at the largest ice and snow playground. Welcome to China again.
"Chairman Mao was responsible for tens or hundreds of millions of deaths ..." Were you there, you idiot? It's a 👎 for me!
Thanks for sharing. Benjamin probably would go insane when he goes to India to see the Taj Mahal. 😅 7:54
We will let you know once we go! 😅😂 but you might be right…
This episode is called: We are on our way to find a supermarket
China allows the use of cash and credit cards, but most people do not like to carry them. Moreover, using cash and credit cards requires a cashier, which is too troublesome. Mobile payments are fast, efficient, self-service, and there is no worry of theft or loss
Welcome to the US of A
Thank you very much! 😁 we really enjoyed it! 😊
So, your life is basically like Big Brother + Rollercoaster ?
Literally 😂😂
if all powerful benevolent god is the true creator of every thing not the satans ruling you human slaves then why would god want & need to inflict pandemics earthquakes floods wildfires hurricanes which kill lives & destroy any thing connected to life ?
Thank you for this very informative video
We’re glad you liked it! 😊
Cami where r u from?
I’m from Germany 🇩🇪
West lake so beautiful.❤❤❤
It really is 😍
did god & it's relatives ( jesus mohammad moses krishna buddha ) ask you human slaves to cut down trees turn them into palm size papers with the ruling satans photos & magical symbols imprinted on them called money and then believe that you need to earn & pay palm size papers called money to be alive ? there is no such thing as stupid question the only thing stupid about questions is not questioning instead believing & regurgitating what ever you get shown & told your brains are like your genitals if you don't use them correctly you will become extinct

if sun is the true source of heat and it is millions of miles away from the earth then how can heat from the sun travel millions of miles through freezing vacuum of space unaffected while few 1000 meters of altitude on earth can become the difference between 0 & 40 celsius do you human slaves know things for yourselves or do you believe & regurgitate what ever you get preached by the ruling satans' indoctrination programmes called education religion media science medical etc ?

most public toilets in Asia are squat toilets for obvious reasons, it's easier to maintain, and better for your health. the first sitting toilet was invented by the Egyptian. they have it on display in the British Loot Museum.
Ohh very interesting!! Thank you for sharing!!
The Tiananmen Square annex is very strict because it is the political center of China, just like the White House in Washington, D.C. in the United States.
It was very interesting and nice to be there and get as close to everything as possible!
@14:04 The entrance opens so early because every day at sunrise there is a raising the flag ceremony at Tiananmen Square.

We went in June ☀️
In relation to the food, yes, it is heavily meat based but I think there are also a lot of veg options (can't comment about vegan food because some veg food may contain milk). The issue is where to find them when you are not a local and don't know how to use their apps because they are in Chinese. I am also not a local (I am from Mauritius) but from my experience of China and from watching other videos, there are usually good veg restaurants near/in Chinese temples. In relation to fresh fruits, I sincerely think that the fruits in China are more delicious than those in Europe. They also have more varieties and are cheaper, and some of my favorites are lychee, longan, mangosteen, pomelo, mango and durian. I have also seen many videos of pickled fruits and vegs which looks great too. I also prefer the vegetables in China, maybe I am just more used to the varieties found in China. There should also have some type of Chinese style salad like the cucumber salad or some other salad, or just regular salad since Chinese are being more and more influenced by the western culture, but I can't comment much more since I am more of a meat eater myself and salad is not a priority when I search for food 😅 In relation to the food being greasy, I reckon that a lot of dishes uses oil but is it greasier than "western" food, that's debatable especially when Chinese are usually less overweight than the west. One of the less greasy options is dim sum, you can have the cucumber "salad" and there are different kind of steamed veg dumplings or veg cheung fun (rice noodle roll, but a lot or places uses meat). Some places are specialised in the cheung fun and they usually have veg options which are more usually served for breakfast or lunch, and other places specialised in jiaozi (Chinese version of gyoza) which usually also have veg option, and you can have them either boiled for less greasy or pan fried. Noodles in soup is also a good option, much less oily than dry ones, but you need to find where they sell good veg ones as most places uses meat/bone broth. Noodles are most commonly from wheat or rice flour, but I really like the ones made from potato starch, should try it if you have the chance. The wide potato starch noodle goes really well with hot pots and speaking about hot pots, it is also a good option if you want something less greasy. I don't know much about veg broth options at hot pots, but I do know there are tomato or mushroom based broth. Some of the veg options at hot pots that I do like are mushrooms, especially enoki mushroom which doesn't really taste like mushroom and have a unique texture unlike mushrooms, lotus roots, tofu skins and wide potato starch noodle. Some other vegs options at hot pots are taro and other roots veg, and all sort of leafy vegs. I don't know much about Haidilao, but it is quite popular with great customer service and more english speaker friendly compared to some other local hop pots places. Chinese BBQ is also a good option, and they have similar ingredients to hot pots, and I heart that the grilled eggplants are really good. There is also winter melon soup where some places I have seen them cook the soup directly in the big winter melon itself, but I don't know if there is a veg option as the winter melon soup are usually meat/bone based. Another less greasy option is congee with pickled vegetables. There are different types of pickled vegs to choose from, and they were the only saving grace when I stayed in some questionable hotel with only a few options for breakfast xD. Another breakfast option is jianbing (chinese crepe) which usually have eggs in it but maybe it can be considered veg if you remove the eggs. I don't really know because there are a lot of ingredients inside including salad, some misterious fermented beans paste and crackers. There is also another street food (don't know the name) similar to jianbing but instead of a pancake they use a large flat sheet of "noodle" which looks like a lasagna sheet, roll it up with vegs and other ingredients and cut in smaller pieces. Chinese style desserts are also worth a try, some are maybe more of an acquired taste as I have seen some western vloggers who were a bit "confused" about those desserts. Some of the more traditional ones are the Chinese sweet beans soup, sweet black sesame paste soup, grass jelly (some versions are in coconut milk with other ingredients like taro or sago or fruits), Chinese mochi (there is one called rolling donkey which is mochi rolled with red bean paste and covered with peanut powder), tangyuan (similar to mochi but are usually served in a sweet potato and ginger soup and there are different kind of fillings in the balls like black sesame paste, red bean paste or nuts), and douhua (soybean/tofu pudding but I don't know if every option is veg). Douhua also have a savoury option called dou fu nao or so I think 😛. There are a lot of other options which I may have forgotten or just doesn't know of, as China is so vast, so just make some research and if these are not enough, western style cuisines are also available, just like the cheesecake factory you went to 😉Contrary to you though, I could eat Chinese/Asian food every day and not "western" food because there are just so many options in China that I would never get bored of. I think it is just that you are not asian and doesn't know what to look for, and doesn't have the attachment to this cuisine growing up, just like me with "western" cuisine. Anyway, hope you can try new and different types of foods in China, and hope you have a great time there.
Thank you so much for your detailed answer! And you’re totally right with everything, visiting a place for only 2 weeks is of course not enough to be able to give a definitive answer or your real opinion as there is so much you miss on! We did try Chinese bbq in Hangzhou and really enjoyed it! (Especially the grilled aubergine 😁) And luckily we were able to find a lot of vegetarian options during our stay in China! 😊

Why Chinese need to speak English?
Hahaha 🤣😂 🤥 lies... My friend got pickpocketed in Cologne, Germany. Right after they get out of Train station. So many homeless on the street when they were walking around the church...😅😅😅😅.
In China, most shopping is done online. So it's normal to find shopping malls empty or half empty. Though i wonder if this video is recent because there is winter in Beijing now.

Although the buildings don't look the best, the resident prices are high due to good locations and schools nearby with solid education quality. The average house price of Xicheng District, where the financial district is located, is 152,250 RMB/square meter (19,914 Euros) in terms of new houses, and 125,926 RMB/square meter (16,470 Euros) in terms of second-hand houses.
That’s interesting! Thanks for sharing!
Did Mao Zedong intentionally kill people? In the 1950s, three serious natural disasters occurred after the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949. Then, the previous regime, Chiang Kai-shek, stole all the national treasury and national treasures and took them to Taiwan. Strictly speaking, the national treasury and national treasures were not the property of the Kuomintang. Also, in 1950, war broke out on the Korean Peninsula, and American fighter jets frequently bombed Chinese border cities. In this situation, the Chinese military launched a counterattack to protect the motherland and the people. In this situation, the national treasury was empty, war was underway, and serious natural disasters were occurring one after another, so what could a chairman of a state do ???
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and this information. It is always interesting to learn more and be educated on history!
Welcome to China 😄enjoy your travel 😄
Thank you! 😊

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay in Beijing. In Beijing, there are more than 500 kilometers of the ancient Great Wall, for the safety of tourists, only a few sections have been repaired to allow tourists to visit, you choose to visit the farthest from the city, the least number of tourists Jinshanling Great Wall is a right choice, you can enjoy the magnificent scenery alone. I hope there will be more such friendly foreign friends to visit China.
Oh wow thank you so much! We are so happy we decided to go to the Jinshanling exit as there was no one else around us on the wall 🤩
