I think it’s my oven! I do 450f for 20 mins and then 20 mins off and it never gets brown 🤣

500g bread flour 100g active starter 325g warm water 10g salt 1. Mix starter and water together 2. Mix in flour and salt 3. Cover with damp towel and let rest for 45 mins 4. Do 3-4 sets of stretch and folds, 30 mins apart 5. Bulk fermentation: i let it sit overnight on the counter so it could overproof. I started the bread at 3pm! 6. I poured olive oil into a pan and poured the dough in 7. Oven preheated to 450F and i baked it for about 35 mins!

the dough needs to rise a second time after you put it into the pan, then if you add the toppings they won't sink

I had it on the counter proofing over night for over 12 hours so after i move it into the pan, i let it rise again and then put the toppings?

I think it’s my oven. It just doesn’t really brown it completely but i do 450F for 20-23 lid on and then 20 min lid off. I can try next time though! ☺️

Maybe for you but that’s what my girls have been wanting recently.

Do 3-4 sets of stretch and folds, 30 mins apart 5. Bulk fermentation: let it almost double in size. Can take 3-5 hours depending on house temp. I stick mine in oven with light on and let it rise for 3 hours. I don’t like setting it on counter overnight because I always overproof it. 6. Shape and stick in fridge for 12-24 hours 7. Preheat oven to 475F with Dutch oven inside 8. Pour a bit of rice on bottom of Dutch oven and place parchment paper with scored bread in it. 9. Cover and bake for 23 mins and uncover for 20 mins 10. Let completely cool before cutting into it

They do indeed taste very good, but sadly it's a bioengineered product as you will read on the back of it.

1 cup AP flour 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup sourdough discard 1 stick melted butter 1. Mix 2. Spoon onto baking pan 3. Bake at 425F for 15 mins Topping Melt butter Parsley Garlic (I don’t know where i found this recipe. I literally have a photo of recipe written on a piece of paper)
