Thank you I have this issue on the bench.

Have the XTI 1002 and does not power on. Did the capacitor replacement. No change. Tested removed capacitor and it was good. Tested resistors and the show resistance. Tested all the transistors, 1 tests bad . The one right next to the 2 relays. Do not know if that could be the problem. Any advice? How do I know what transistor to use in the replacement. Looking for the schematics and parts is tough to locate. Thanks for the videos.

The same my problem xti4000 does not power on, but by visual the same capacitor seen good condition,iam not yet check it because iam not technician,next will try to check but if not capacitor problem, maybe have another problem? Your panning of the components went by too damn fast! Slow down the video when doing this for proper repair work!!

48V10.4AH is for the 1st T42 prior to Jun 2022. Those batteries are also common to the Lectric XP 2.0 Later model T42 and T5 bikes go up to 48V20AH ($690) and will not take this battery!

My 11.2 ah gforce gets like 10 miles before it cuts off at half charge, then I need to pedal home and recharge it for another 5 to 10 miles like wtf.

The chargers and batteries from gforce are trash. Only good thing is everything else.

TYVM, Too bad you got the 500W model right before the upgrade. Lotsa folks said that about the Lectric 2.0 when the XP3.0 came out. Maybe you can get a new one? I just set up my T42 using your directions and subscribed. My original 0-3 PAS settings went 55, 65, 95... It's now 0-5 PAS levels from 0-20-35-50-75-100 like you suggested... I maxed out speed to 51km and dropped wheel size to 14 inches. 2 days later... That didn't work! Still topped out at 32, and speedo read 20. So, I went to 21" tire size.

Wonder what the 20ah would go for on Ebay?

I ride central park alot . I'm surprised I never saw you on your T42 riding out there.i have an EP.2 pro with the Yl80c screen. I think they are about the same bike mechanics wise. Does your throttle only work on what pas speed you are going? I've tried to figure it how I can change it so the throttle works full speed in any pas level but I can't figure it out.lol. Maybe I'll see you out there some time . Peace and ride in good health nieghbor.. The city has turned pretty crazy lately but that don't stop me from riding threw the park at midnight ..

hi... the ebay link is not working anymore. I also have a question... if I purchase the t42(cheapest option) do you think I could just replace to a 20ah battery and it will work fine ??

Or just buy the bike with the 20 ah battery, and I'm guessing it's about the same maybe? But for those that didn't get the 20ah this is absolutely awesome advice

I like the PAS 0 through 9 Because you can really fine-tune your 7-speed manual gears. 0 through 9 is set so you have so many different speed options depending on how you want to save battery life.. I know it seems like a lot but I find it very very useful.

I don't think the batteries on the new 2022 version of the G-Force T-42 have the same dimensions. When I measure the length of the battery case from top to bottom, it is 16.5 inches, or 419.1 mm. If anyone finds batteries that are compatible for the new version, please post where you found them! G-Force wants $690 for a 20Ah, and they don't have any other size available right now. I am looking to upgrade from the 11.2 battery.

I wonder if you'd be able to let me know the capacity of the new battery that you bought and the casing dimensions. Reason is, if the battery capacity 11.2Ah then the casing would have to be smaller than 16Ah or 20Ah battery casing. in. other words two different casing sizes. if so then the battery compartment in the bike where you slide the battery must be able to accommodate large size battery (16Ah or 200Ah) therefore can you let me know the inner dimensions of the battery compartment of bike frame where the battery goes in? thank you.
