      The interpretation of the 'waters above the dome' mentioned in Genesis 1:6-7 has been understood in different ways throughout history. While some view this as a reference to a firmament separating waters, others interpret it metaphorically. As Christians, we focus on the core message of God's creation and His sovereignty over the universe, regardless of the exact physical model of the Earth. The Bible’s primary purpose is to guide us spiritually, and its teachings remain relevant whether we understand these descriptions literally or symbolically. I encourage everyone to explore these topics with an open heart, seeking the deeper truths that the Scriptures offer.

    The earth expanded. All the areas between the continental shelves are new exposed land which is much lower than the continents, and the water flowed into these lower areas. Continental drift is nonsense. All the continents fit into each other when you reduce the earth's diameter, not just around Atlantic ocean like they usually show with "Pangea", but also around the Pacific. Australia and Antarctica moved down, exposing the pacific seabed we see today.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the expanding Earth hypothesis. It's always valuable to consider different theories, but as a Christian, I believe in the biblical account of the Flood as described in Genesis. The Bible presents the Flood as a global event, and there are several scientific theories that align with this narrative. For instance, some suggest that the floodwaters were absorbed by the Earth and stored in underground aquifers. John D. Morris discusses this in 'The Global Flood,' explaining how vast amounts of water could have been absorbed by underground reservoirs, reducing surface levels. Another perspective involves tectonic shifts. Dr. Andrew Snelling, in his book 'Earth's Catastrophic Past,' describes how the movement of tectonic plates could have created new mountain ranges and deep valleys that stored the floodwaters. While the expanding Earth theory is intriguing, it’s important to consider how these various interpretations fit within the biblical context. The Bible’s account is clear about the Flood's purpose and the changes it brought to the world. Ultimately, the focus remains on understanding and respecting God’s plan as revealed in Scripture. If you’re interested in exploring these ideas further, I’d encourage you to look into the works of John D. Morris and Henry M. Morris, who have written extensively on the topic

    Bible clearly states that it has never rained before (not even once) for 1656 years, so it explains. The God who made the rain to last for 40 days and nights has already considered where the water needs to go. Those who questioned about where did the water go must first believe that it rained for 40 days & nights. It was not an after thought to make the water dry rather it is part of the God's plan

    It’s difficult to explain where did the water go on globe earth. Biblical earth is flat with multilayered dome over it, with waters above and waters below and abyss below the earth. Plenty of space to remove the water after the flood. No mystery here.

    If you read the description of the earth prior to the flood, a mist covered the land, there were no oceans, a couple of small streams. This suggests that much of the earth was covered in ice. This would then suggest that most of the earth wasn't covered in rain, it was covered by melting ice that eroded it's way through the earth, and sprang forth covering the parts of the earth that wasn't already covered in ice. Caused most likely by volcanic activity deep within the earth, which the rapid melting of ice would be what the rain ultimately came from. Now having eroded caverns under the earth, clearly it's safe to assume, much of the water created our oceans, lakes and seas, while another large portion of it receded back into the eroded caverns. As for evaporation, that's how rain gets created today, water evaporates and floats into the air as vapor, builds up, and with the energy in the atmosphere converts back to liquid water and falls back to the earth. Not a drop was wasted...

      the earth was covered by water before great creator set the limits of how far the waters were to go. if all the ice on earth melted and all the moisture in the air condensed back into the oceans the whole earth would not be flooded . then there is the nephilim; how did they come back if they were destroyed in the flood? there is only three possible answers. [ it was not a world wide flood ]. [ the great creator allowed the spirit beings to return and impregnate human females again]. or the nephilim were/are just giant humans. but as far as: "well now there's ocean depressions and mountains" ,all that was here before the flood. one more: all the descendants of caeen (cain) it is written perished in the flood yet the kenites some say are his very descendants. all i can say is keep studying and ask great creator to reveal the answer. but remember great creator sad obedience to him is the way of salvation. shalom.

      Thank you for sharing such an insightful interpretation! The idea that the pre-flood Earth had a mist-covered land and that much of the water came from melting ice due to volcanic activity is fascinating. It’s interesting to think about how these natural processes could align with the biblical narrative, showing how God might have used the forces of nature to bring about the flood. Your explanation about how the water formed our oceans, lakes, and seas, and how it continues to cycle through evaporation today, really highlights how nothing is wasted in God’s creation. It’s amazing how science and faith can come together to help us understand these ancient events in new ways.

      @tipuricaChnnelUS หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@23whatsleft You are correct that in Genesis 1, the Earth was initially covered by water before God commanded the dry land to appear. The Bible does indeed describe how the waters were gathered into one place, allowing the land to emerge. It's also true that the Bible doesn't explicitly mention the creation of water; it simply acknowledges its presence from the beginning. As Christians, we share this understanding of the creation narrative. The belief that the Earth was initially covered by water aligns with the biblical account, and this is a foundational truth we hold. What people fail to take into account is that the earth is in an ice age, the tail end of it, yes, but it's still in an ice age. It's understood during this time that the glaciers feet were approximately 33 degrees north and likely the same south of the equator. This would place huge amounts of pressure on the crust of the earth, ultimately being the cause of our current tectonic plates. Initially, massive amounts of energy would be released under the glaciers, cause rapid evaporation, melting lots of water, until it bursts free at the edges of the glaciers. At this point, you don't need to cover the entire earth in liquid water, as most of it was still covered in solid water. Then, during history as glaciers continued to recede, more localized floods would occur, almost like echoes of the first which did cover the entire earth. And, these echos as they were, would ultimately obscure the evidence of a global flood.

    Once it got over the embarrassment of Galileo, Christianity has had a legacy of encouraging scientific research, building on the belief that all of nature is God’s creation. Through modern science, Christians are becoming increasingly aware of how their God crafted the universe around them. Hundreds of years of research in geology, paleontology, biology, and many other fields have produced abundant evidence that the earth is billions of years old and that fossils and geological features formed through many processes over eons of time. Additionally, there is an abundance of evidence that there was never a global flood, and as a consequence no ark.

      Thank you for your comment. It's true that there have been historical tensions between science and faith, such as in the case of Galileo. However, it's important to note that this conflict was with the Catholic Church of the time, not the core teachings of Jesus Christ. Historical Context: Church Authority: During Galileo's time, the Catholic Church was a powerful institution with significant influence over scientific matters, interpreting certain biblical passages literally, such as the geocentric view. Galileo's Conflict: Galileo supported the heliocentric theory, which contradicted the Church's geocentric teachings, leading to his conflict with the Church authorities. Teachings of Jesus Christ: Focus on Spiritual and Moral Issues: Jesus' teachings, as recorded in the Gospels, focus on spiritual and moral themes like love, justice, and forgiveness, and do not address scientific or cosmological issues. In conclusion, the conflict between Galileo and the Catholic Church was a specific historical event and does not reflect the core spiritual and moral teachings of Christianity as taught by Jesus. Many people of faith today see science as a way to understand God's creation better.

However, it's important to note that a significant portion of biblical accounts are supported by historical facts that have been confirmed through archaeological discoveries. We are discussing events that occurred thousands of years ago, so it's unrealistic to expect to find something like Noah's Ark intact. Archaeology works like a puzzle, where fragments are found and pieced together to form a larger picture. In my next video, I will delve into the topic of Noah's Ark. Some Tattoos are scars, scarification. Tatoos scar a persons skin. Its actually a form of blood letting, which is the sin which Cain committed. Blood letting is murder. Also, please note that I clarify in the video that the story in the title is not a biblical assertion but rather a theory that has been discussed. I also share my personal opinion on this theory in the video.

    This is nonsense... In the history of the world, no spirit has ever died... Methuselah's name means "his death shall bring it."

      Thank you for your comment. If you watch the video until the end, I explain that these stories are part of Jewish legends and are not found in the Bible. The answer is in the video. Regarding the meaning of Methuselah’s name, there are various interpretations. Some suggest it means “His death shall bring” or “Man of the dart/spear”. These interpretations come from the Hebrew roots of his name. Please watch the video fully for a more comprehensive explanation

      Maybe try not entering a misleading title. Anyone who knows the Truth, understand that the spirit belongs to the Father and all He needs to do is remove the Spirit and the body dies. Thank you for sharing your opinion. At Tipurica Channel, our goal is to explore and discuss different perspectives and traditions associated with biblical stories. We understand that interpretations of the Scriptures can vary, and that some stories, such as Methuselah's longevity, have different interpretations based on apocryphal texts and historical traditions. We would like to clarify that at no point in the video do we state that the story of Methuselah killing demons is in the Bible. This narrative comes from Jewish traditions, specifically the Peirush HaRokeach, an exegetical and mystical work written by Eleazar of Worms in the 12th century. The purpose of the video is to clarify this story, explain where it came from, and who Methuselah really was in the Bible. We respect all opinions and strive to present content in a balanced and educational manner. We invite you to watch the video and share your thoughts, as we believe that respectful dialogue can enrich everyone's understanding. Thank you for your feedback and for helping us improve our content!

      Thank you for your comment. In the video, I clearly state that I am referring to the Book of Enoch and not the Bible. The Book of Enoch is an ancient Jewish text that describes seven heavens, which is different from the three heavens mentioned in the Bible. I appreciate your concern and hope this clarification helps.

    What about in the book of Genesis chapter 6 where it says the sons of God took the daughters of men for their wives and their children were an abomination? Were these not the fallen angels?

      Thank you for your comment! We will be addressing this topic in our next video about Genesis chapter 6, which will be released on July 17th. Tomorrow, we'll be launching the video about Methuselah, so stay tuned! What I can share in advance is that there are two main theories regarding this topic: The Fallen Angels Theory: This theory suggests that the "sons of God" mentioned in Genesis 6 were indeed fallen angels who fell in love with human women. The Lineage of Seth Theory: According to this theory, the "sons of God" were the descendants of Seth (Adam's son) who corrupted themselves by marrying the "daughters of men," who were the descendants of Cain and had turned away from God. We'll explore these theories in more detail in the upcoming video. Don't forget to subscribe and hit the notification bell so you won't miss it!

    No carnal desires? Genesis, 6:2 And the sons of God see that they, the daughters of men, [are] beautiful, and they take women for themselves of all whom they have chosen. Genesis 6:4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.( the "sons of God" were angels who rebelled against God and had unnatural unions with human women, resulting in the birth of the Nephilim. This interpretation is supported by the Book of Enoch.) -my opinion, The reason The Book of Enoch was left out of the Bible was bc IT EXPOSES THE VERY FALLEN ANGELS WHO ALONG WITH SATAN HAVE BEEN DECEIVING THE WORLD SINCE THE GARDEN OF EDEN WHEN SIN ENTERED THE WORLD. knowing the enemy is the key to sucessfully defeating them. Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" Revelations 12:9 And the great dragon was hurled down- that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.

      I accept your opinion, and it is indeed a thesis strongly defended by scholars such as Michael S. Heiser in his book "The Unseen Realm: Recovering the Supernatural Worldview of the Bible". However, I want you to understand that this is not the only theory about this chapter. In my next video, which will be released on July 17th, I will address this chapter and present all the theologically well-founded theories about it. Regarding the Book of Enoch, I will explain in the video why it was excluded from the biblical canon. In fact, it was never part of the canon; it was a book known to people but never included in the biblical canon. If the reason for the exclusion of the Book of Enoch was the fallen angels, then several other books would also be excluded, such as Genesis, Job, and Jude, which also mention fallen angels. Thank you for your opinion, and I respect it.

    I have loved for a long time that Enoch walked with God. So why shouldn't I? It demolishes the Evangelical notion that we are congenital sinners.

    • @tipuricaChnnelUS
      @tipuricaChnnelUS 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I appreciate your admiration for Enoch's story and his close walk with God. It's indeed inspiring to see how Enoch had such a profound relationship with the Creator. The story of Enoch walking with God is a powerful example of faith and dedication. However, it's important to consider that different theological traditions interpret the concept of sin and human nature in various ways. The idea that we are born with a sinful nature is a core belief in many Evangelical traditions, based on interpretations of scriptures such as Romans 5:12-19 and Psalm 51:5. While Enoch's example shows that close communion with God is possible, many Evangelical teachings emphasize that it is through God's grace and Jesus Christ's sacrifice that we can overcome our sinful nature and walk with God.

      Thank you for your comment and for sharing your perspective! It's important to acknowledge that there are various interpretations and sources when it comes to ancient texts and biblical narratives. In our video, we discussed one of the interpretations where Lamech is said to have accidentally killed Cain, which is a view supported by some biblical scholars and traditions. However, I understand that the Book of Jubilees presents a different account where Cain was killed in the same way he killed Abel. The Book of Jubilees and other apocryphal texts provide additional insights and variations to the stories found in the canonical Bible. It's fascinating to explore these different perspectives, as they enrich our understanding of the historical and theological context. Regarding your points about Lamech and his descendants, it's true that Lamech is a significant figure in the genealogy of Cain, and interpretations about his lineage vary widely. Some traditions and interpretations, like those you've mentioned, connect Lamech and his offspring with more sinister elements. Our aim is to present various perspectives and encourage viewers to explore these rich and complex narratives further. Thank you for adding another layer to the discussion. If you have more insights or sources you'd like to share, please feel free to do so.

      @tipuricaChnnelUS 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you for your question! It appears you are asking why the individuals depicted in the video are white, considering the historical context of ancient Israel during the Bronze Age. Scientifically, the people living in ancient Israel during the Bronze Age were part of the broader population of the Near East. They likely had a diverse range of skin tones due to the region's genetic diversity, influenced by various migrations and interactions over millennia. The population would have included people with a range of skin colors, from lighter to darker tones, reflecting the complex ancestry of the area. If your question is specifically about the images in the video, please note that the images were generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The Book of Enoch, like the Bible, is a text-only document and does not contain illustrations. The images are meant to be artistic representations and are not historically accurate depictions of the people from that era. Thank you for your understanding and for watching our video. If you have any more questions or comments, feel free to share!

      Thank you for your observation! Yes, the images used in the video are AI-generated. We use artificial intelligence to create visual content to make the video more engaging and illustrative. This helps to bring the stories and concepts to life, especially when dealing with ancient texts like the Book of Enoch, which is text-only and lacks any form of original illustrations. Sometimes, errors can occur, such as the inclusion of semi trucks that I forgot to remove. I apologize for this oversight. However, I hope that the value of the content outweighs these occasional errors and that it didn't interfere too much with your viewing experience. Your feedback is valuable, and I will ensure to be more careful in the future. Thank you for understanding and for watching our video! Keywords:

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. It's important to acknowledge the diverse representation in the Bible and address any feelings of exclusion. The Bible does include several notable black figures and highlights the value and contributions of people from various backgrounds. In both the Old and New Testaments, we find examples of black individuals: Ethiopian Eunuch (Acts 8:27-39): A high-ranking official from Ethiopia who was baptized by Philip, becoming one of the first African converts to Christianity. Simon of Cyrene (Mark 15:21): A man from Cyrene (in modern-day Libya) who helped Jesus carry the cross. Queen of Sheba (1 Kings 10:1-13 and 2 Chronicles 9:1-12): A powerful and wise queen who visited King Solomon, known for her intelligence and wealth. Jesus also showed compassion and inclusivity towards those who faced prejudice and discrimination: The Samaritan Woman (John 4:1-42): Jesus spoke with a Samaritan woman at the well, breaking social and racial barriers of the time. The Healing of the Centurion's Servant (Matthew 8:5-13): Jesus healed the servant of a Roman centurion, demonstrating his willingness to help those outside the Jewish community. The Healing of the Leper (Matthew 8:1-4): Jesus healed a man with leprosy, showing compassion for those marginalized by society. The Woman Caught in Adultery (John 8:1-11): Jesus defended a woman accused of adultery, challenging the judgmental attitudes of the crowd and offering her forgiveness. Our channel's purpose is to present the entire Bible chronologically, highlighting the real stories of people who faced and overcame prejudice with God's help. We believe that these stories can inspire and resonate with everyone, regardless of their background. We invite you to continue following our channel to explore these powerful narratives and understand how God's love and justice extend to all people.

There are Christians, Catholics, and Jews who believe in other theories as well, and that's perfectly normal. If you believe in God, who created all things and gave life, then it logically follows that He also has the power to take it away, as He knows everything. However, it’s important to understand that this was a consequence of human sin.
