I was so excited to test this method I immediately grabbed a few eggs. I was a little too eager because I forgot to boil them. The shells came off very quickly, though. Great omelette.

I've had shave ice at Lahaina many times and it's the best one in Waikiki IMHO. I rate the shave ice on the fineness of the ice as well as the flavors. Lots of places have too chunky ice and that's junk.
