    I’ve noticed that some people on TH-cam do not explain things like you do. Recently, washing my hair has become difficult due to tangles, and I’ve been losing some strands. Since I have thyroid problems, I asked my doctor for a test, and it came back low. He has decreased my medication, and I hope this helps. I’ve also stopped using a comb. Now I detangle with my fingers, which has reduced the amount of hair I’m losing.

    Great video! Love a good wash and go, but with my MBL tangle prone hair, even if I can push a wash and go to a week, the SSK s are NOT worth it to be wearing on the regular. WNGs are more of a special occasion style for me. Your hair looks amazing btw.

      Thanks for watching! It really depends on what is on your hair to begin ( the reason you may be clarifying) . For me it was too strong probably because I didn’t have a lot of buildup to begin with. Thank you for sharing your experience!!

      Oh no, if it’s doing what you need done than it’s ok. For my color treated hair with not a lot of buildup as well as my clients. It felt like too much. But of course, it’s great when you need to get a heavy buildup removed.

    What do you think of the Malibu Un Doo Goo clarifying shampoo? Do you think it can be too harsh like the Kinky Curly Come Clean? I wear an afro and use very light and small amounts of products. Mostly Curlmix. Mostly just leave ins and moisturizers.

      When I mentioned the highest PH. Maliboo is the one I suggest in salon only because it has the highest PH. If you use the Kinky Curly Come Clean then just every 4 to 6 weeks.

    Thank for this excellent video, especially explaining the difference between hydrating and moisturizing shampoos. I thought they were the same. I purchased Pattern Beauty hydrating shampoo thinking it would moisturizing. I was so disappointed I returned it to Ulta. My most favorite moisturizing shampoo is by KeraCare, the Curlessense line. It has so much slip that I can detangle my hair with. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.

    Interesting you talked about Hydrating shampoos vs Moisturizing shampoos. I recently asked Purbella on her free zoom class if there was a difference between the two… So glad you broke it down in the way you did. Thank you! Also I’m using Purbella naturals shampoo & it is very unique! I underestimated it cause of its liquidy appearance. However, when I applied it directly to my scalp, low & behold; so refreshing! Quick Q: What is a productive moisturizing conditioner that froth up besides Boost or Innersense?

    • @TheRoyalTreatmentInc
      @TheRoyalTreatmentInc 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for sharing! I ordered some stylers from Purbella a while ago and I’m still waiting to receive them. But I’d love to try the shampoo. In answer to your question, I haven’t experienced the frothing effect with any other conditioner. However, I love a thick conditioner that you add a little water to and it really weighs the hair down just like that combo. Surprisingly, that conditioner bar I used in the video. After adding water has that heaviness and slip like that boost/ INNERSENSE combo we are used too. Rosemary Mint by Design Essentials is very good. amzn.to/41pcrf7

    Wow!!! 😳 I was researching the meaning of hydrating vs. moisturizing shampoo. All of this time, I thought hydrating was moisturizing. This has been so informative. Now I know I need to use more moisturizing shampoos on my mom's hair. So I like using Design Essentials Honey Creme Moisture Retention Super Detangling Conditioning Shampoo but then I started interchanging it with the Food For Soft Hydrating Shampoo thinking that Hydrating was same as Moisturiizing. I also use the sister deep conditioner as well. I stopped using the Honey deep conditioner because my momma is completely gray and i noticed a yellow tint.

    • @TheRoyalTreatmentInc
      @TheRoyalTreatmentInc 7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I’m so glad this was helpful!. We actually need both hydrating and moisturizing shampoos. And yes any shampoo that has color can leave a yellow tinge to grey or white hair. You can always add some shimmering lights other purple shampoo or conditioner to your line up to cancel the yellow out.

    To all the ones who were concerned about all the “unnecessary hair I was planning to cut off”. The hair received several treatments with bond builders and deep conditioning. She has a new home care regimen. And most importantly…she’s never leaving “home” again! Why? Because she has experienced growth and excellent haircare with me already. So when she ventures out…she understands that I’m going to get her back right every time. If she follows her curated regimen. Her hair will not only be longer..but STRONGER (healthier).💋

    It is true that "donenican" blow outs CAN do alot of damage--- especially if they are done often. There are stylists who use good products, make sure they fully deep condition their client before/during the entire process so they *minimize* blowout damage. *Trimming* the hair lightly (not ✂️ cutting or *chopping*) will help stregthen her *ends* in the long run.

      @@TheRoyalTreatmentInc Thank YOU for the video. And btw: all this flack about "not trusting" a Stylist with short hair has been beyond negative & too cynical and judgemental for 😆 me. MY own personal experience has been the opposite: the Stylists who had short hair always did my very long hair (as a teen & young woman) *beautifully* --- and they always encouraged me NOT to cut my hair short because of the high-maintenance & styling challenges that would inevitably come forth once the short style began to grow out & go to that 😂 "awkward" stage. It's sad to see women immediately write off or cancel other female professionals because of a hair length/choice.
