When I’m sad or mad….his music just makes me happy. I always end up with a big grin !
hey have you guys ever heard of this band called gang of four
The lead singer of this band was allegedly a man named Mike Andrews. He interviewed popular musicians in the early 1980s on a British program called "Riverside", and several of these interviews are available on TH-cam; in one clip, he can be seen demonstrating synthesizers with Thomas Dolby.
Nice tune tony.j
LONG LIVE SOMALIA.
Jim is a really talented guy, I played briefly with him in the 90’s.
Who is the hottie with the flowers in her mouth..Wow!!
Thanks dude!
such naive beautiful innocence, long lost.
What a moment.
Long live somalia
long live Somalia
Chords?
Of greater Urghency then "unmasking" the performers is finding out who the knob was that decided to leave this off of the album release.
Qween of it all Hail

One of America's finest ever bands - I've seen them 3x, from the '80s to 2017. They're in town in about 3 days for the last time ever, I should go.
seen them live twice, almost two decades apart (1987 and 2007) and they tore it up both times. LOVE THEM
First saw them as a nonplussed, slightly intimidated little kid at Club 88 and Whiskey. So intimidated I kept coming back for more(punk bands). When most were drooling over Loni Anderson or Farrah Fawcett,I had huge crushes on Exene,Lorna Doom, and Alice Bag.
This is the band with the biggest impact for me personally in this film
Excelente
This video hit me hard! The 90's... what an absolute GEM of a time... it is actually incredible in that it actually existed with how amazing it is - with the people, music, social life, drugs, movies, documentaries and things people did... They got out more. People did not take things too seriously, was barely PC back then (way less compared to today) most were nicer, happier, plus simpler times and more family-oriented I also love 90's TV shows, VHS documentaries, MTV, parties.. Man...great times... wish I could go bacl and live it as a teenager
This feels the happiest most natural way I’ve heard him play, like he’s at home performing for his wife and kids while breakfast is on
What treasure! Thank you for posting this. Always thrilled to find more Townes. And this has such an intimate feel, even more than the small venue recordings.
X meets the stray cats, great band. punk rules
In my top 10 all time live songs.
Blasting this in my room rn
Hell yeah
Based
He was sent to Catholic school and didn't like it.
Brings a tear to my eyes everytime
Not joking as I write this with tears in my eyes
I LOVE YOU A LOT
Those two chords in the beginning form a chromatic mediant, the most epic chord change.
A better catholic never was
If the pythons did a bond theme
Only Bozio could rival this drummer at the time!
What a beautiful man. Thank you Tonetta for all you have done for outsider music. I remember that first /mu/ thread. God bless you.
Impossível não chorar de rir 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 vendo essa abertura
Jim Skafish is a really talented person as shown by his more recent Jazz output. A very funny and kind human being.
One of the greatest of all rock bands.
NME 1980. Never got this fellow's image out of my head. Legend
Exene looks and sounds fairly plastered, but this song is masterful. Fantastic lyrics.
Nothing better than X.
Press 5 for best part
Just saw them in Boston over Labor Day weekend. They still have the goods, and then some!
Jesus christ this sounds great.
I think GG disliked his father but there was a part of him that really wished his dad was still around
His friggin dad named him Jesus Christ Allen…GG’s claim to fame…never finished a concert.
On first viewing, i conservatively suggest that this is one of the half dozen best music videos of all time
Solo guitar is from BACK TO THE FUTURE IV “I guess you guys aren't ready for that yet... But your kids are gonna love it.”
His blues playing is insanely beautiful, sounds so effortless
Skafish hustled me at a game of ping-pong in the 8th grade.
I'll say it again. This easily is my favorite live video ever and I've seen a lot. These people really got to see an absolute stellar performance. Everything here is on point. The performance, sound, the bands movements, and playing. Honestly, it's perfect.
Same. Artistry of the highest order. Ten out of ten stars.
Still can't stop listening to this perfection ❤
4 people has not experienced love (:
