    Thank you so much Samantha. Wow I feel so much more restful and grounded. I have had fatigue and cognitive issues since covid in August 2021.The main thing I am learning about is the need to reset the nervous system. I will try this daily , it feels so good it must be helping. Thank you for your calm presence.

    Interesting to include loss of identity. Exactly where I am right now. I feel lost. Could you talk about identifying grief because it took one simple question for me to realise. But until that point I was diagnosed with other mental illnesses. It was hard to see myself what was happening and I kept saying I didn't understand why.
