Exaggerise for me. I’m already hitting pan on the rose gold shade and will definitely repurchase when I run out. I can’t say that for most expensive makeup products. I’m a soft autumn and this palette is perfect for my coloring and light brown eyes.

I don’t think the speedy is meant to be speedier at taking off makeup but instead emulsifying and coming off of your face. So it’s certainly not the better makeup remover but I like as a quick first step to double cleansing as I do not wear makeup. It’s by no means bad, just a different purpose.

The Danessa Myricks is amazing for us super oily people. I use a brush and just tap it on the product and then tap it on the face. Works great when you're in a hurry. I hate the L'Oreal one cause it's dewey and it doesn't seem to work that well with sunscreen.

This pen could make Jesus himself curse his own name. After 20 minutes of throwing it, shaking it, tapping both stupid ends against a hard surface, and questioning my sanity I found that the only thing that works was pushing the end of the paper clip into one of the little holes at the bottom.

I love the Softymo oil cleanser, currently using Speedy but surely will get the Deeper one next time to try it out

I didn't like the DHC oil cleanser, too thick. My favorite is the Hadalabo Cleansing Oil but it's become difficult to find. Will probably try the Kose.

Thank you!!! I’ve been searching for someone to actually compare the damn ingredients as I noticed this by reading them lol. The original green one has slightly less niacinamide as it’s 5th in the ingredients list, whereas the pink one is 4th. Both have hyaluronic properties; but people should know that elf uses sodium hyaluronate, which is a salt form of hyaluronic acid which is a much cheaper form of it and doesn’t have as strong of an effect. This ingredient is 10th in the list for the original power grip and 9th in the list for the new “niacinamide” power grip. Also, the original one has menthol in it, and I wish this was talked about more. This is a great ingredient to “trick” people into believing it’s more hydrating and/or is adding some sort of relief to dry skin as it can offer a cooling sensation. However, menthol as an ingredient for skincare products can cause irritation and sensitivity reactions, especially for those who are dehydrated (which any skin type can be dehydrated) or have more of a reactive or sensitive skin. So honestly I would grab the new version no matter what your skin type is. If it’s hydration you’re looking for that will be best done with your base skincare products that you use before your primer. I know this post is like a year old lol but with these tacky and gripping primers still causing hype I wish more ppl were aware of this. I’d also like to lastly point out that ppl also need to be careful with how much niacinamide they are using it n their skin, especially their face. Up to about 5% in total is great for your skin, but any more than that can actually result in the opposite effect of what this active ingredient is meant for. Your skin can actually flare up and become red and you can break out from the overuse of this ingredient. So say your cleanser has niacinamide, and then your toner or serum or essence or whatever and then your face cream or moisturizer also has niacinamide in it plus it being in your primer (the new elf one already being at 4%) it won’t actually have any benefits for you. All of these companies are becoming overly obsessed with this ingredient and it’s driving me insane lol. More is not always better.

Shift color looks great on your face, would you know of a comparable shade in the asian cosmetic side? Agree that curve kinda drains your face sad that you hate the shade, but happy that you have saved me money

hey lovelies,i found a method that works for me, i, like most of you, was viewing this video because i couldn't get my pimple correct to come out i had thought mine was broken because no matter how hard i squeezed, it wouldn't come out here's what i did i shook it around, you have to shake it with as much force as you can then i held it upside down, pressing the top to my hand, and pressed the button for 35 seconds i then took a toothpick and pricked it into the two little holes on the bottom i had started pressing the button for another 35 seconds, with the tip on my hand, and i noticed it stared squeaking, dont think kt matter much then i pressed the tooth pick through the two little holes and repeated this process for 5ish minutes i could feel it starting to suction then it squirted out all over my hand i really hope this helps! ❤

I know why we’re all here, let me help you. use an earring/ paper clip/ small metal wire to push up from underneath untill all it comes out. Then it works perfectly. There are 2 very small holes on the bottom of the tube It’ll help to force the product through the tube without damaging it or opening it. Once it goes through itll work just as intended with the small pump You’re welcome ❤️

I have hooded Asian eyes that push the first third of my lashes down and my lashes in general are super stubborn and straight. The etude lash fixer as a primer is a game changer-but only the clear one, I brought the black one because the clear one hardens and leaves a white residue, but it doesn’t have as strong of a hold. The clear one holds your curl-not perfectly or completely, but had I not put the clear lash fixer on the curl would have completely disappeared. In addition, a heated eyelash curler makes everything so much easier. If you don’t, use a hair dryer but be careful when it comes to anything going close to your eye, test it with your hands or something first to make sure the temperature is safe. (I’ve been placing my shu uemura lash curler on top of the radiator for a min or two and that’s not safe I know but like. My lashes actually curl when I use a heated lash curler it’s insane!!) Lastly, for the mascara itself, I used the heroine mascara and it’s great, definitely gives you anime lashes, sadly my tube is running dry since it’s been almost a year. I will say the wand could be smaller for me because I end up getting some of it smudged around my eyes, and it’s more difficult to use it on my lower lashes because of the larger wand. And yeah it’s a HUGE pain to take off, they sell a remover for it too though, and I use it for removing eye makeup in general. I used rom&nd’s mascara, and I like it too, but it works best with a heated lash curler or else it will just weigh down my lashes. I’ve had my eye on the clio and etude mascaras.

what kind of moisturizer can you use before using this water based primer?

Mine came out after I held on to it and continually “threw” it towards the ground so force the product forward! Act like it’s a magic wand and you’re aggressively cursing the floor lol

Purito 21 is the closest shade match I've ever had the undertone is perfect but it's just too dark for me so I'm very excited the missha one looks to be the right tone and lightness I'm so excited to try
