Congratulations on one year podcasting! I was there for your first video and have been here ever since. I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Your painting is perfect. Imperfection is what makes art so appealing. I particularly love the sheen on the spools of thread. I have a bunch of antique spools of thread, and yours look exactly like my silk ones.

Lovely dresses. I make my pockets the same way. So easy. And I find that a lined pocket looks so much better. 😊

Such lovely dresses & pretty fabrics. Little girls are going to be so pleased with them, well done. I’m in the UK & this is my second year of participating. Last year I made four of the popover sun dress pattern & so far this year finished four with another six cut out, all for age twelve, as they mentioned they had fewer of these. I have also downloaded Alisa’s pattern with the grown on sleeves & hope to make a couple of these.❤

I also particularly love the “shower curtain skirt”. Smashing 😊 I really like the jumper as it will be so versatile with different tops. In the UK we call a jumper a pinafore ! You won't believe this but as I watched this video I was organizing my vintage wooden spools into a shadow box. Your excuse for imperfections in your painting is spot on. They are all very similar yet different and some have chips on on them. I'll share the result on Instagram and I'll try to remember to tag you. Congratulations on a whole year of vlogging!!! I thought your overviews of some of your best projects was a great way to celebrate. Now I've got to go find your video on the mustard/goldenrod colored corduroy jumper because I hadn't found your channel back then so I haven't seen it yet. I have some corduroy that same color, and I want to see all the details because I just love that jumper. My husband is reconditioning a treadle base and putting on a lovely butcherblock top so I can treadle my Singer 201. Your lovely painting of the wooden spools of thread and thimbles would look fabulous over my "new" treadle so I would love to be entered to win. That is an incredibly thoughtful gift to share with your viewers!!!

I think whatever you are saving on finding your thrifted patterns, I am paying for my orders. Your raindrop dress was such a win, I know at first you were stumped. Keep on, you inspire!
