L for LOVE... But genuinely, I love this video. As always, there’s so much learning to be had from your videos but the way this one is articulated with the structure is super helpful. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that your encouragement to book up the relevant courses to become an instructor long before I was ready was probably the single biggest hook that I could’ve had to keep me focused. As you know, I’ve had somewhat of an up-and-down year so I’ve had plenty of excuses to not commit. But knowing that I had already paid and signed up was a really strong anchor point to make me stay as consistent as I possibly could. I’ve learned along the way a lot about the power of this kind of accountability and felt the compounding, incremental gains overtime. In fact, I’ve started to follow these types of rules in other areas to try and build my mental resilience and my physical well-being. So yeah, anyone who might be watching this, I would suggest to see the video through because it’s a doozy.

It's because ur not doing it right: (also tell me if this helps a bit 🙏) 1. Your thumbnail of this video in a way treats the viewer as a toddler (the face obviously looking tired, but getting told that it's tired, also breaching "show, don't tell.") 2. You can get all advice from reading the chapters ngl Try prepare a bit more for next time, including a really good performing video idea.

Just to give some feedback, i think you could do better on the audio editing. Especially on the background music. It's sometimes a little too loud. Try using a DAW and play around with EQ etc
