    Hi Autumn! I wanted to commend you on this amazing script! I found it first on your website. I have been studying yoga nidra through a school in Austin and absolutely love the section about feeling heat in the body and then the visually guided meditation section in the forest. I know for students new to this form of meditation the use of rotation through the body PLUS symbolic images/duality can be overwhelming.. So, I love that you varied up the content and added in so much visualization. Really brilliant!

    Thank you so much for this. Some restorative yoga gets too busy--more time setting up props rather than being still for any length of time. You chose poses that were truly restorative, gave sufficient instruction, and offered ample stillness and quiet. I did feel incredibly nourished and at peace---which was much needed for today since my husband got a really bad medical diagnosis. We both very much needed this. Thank you for adding a bright, healing almost-hour to what otherwise wasn't a good day.
