How much the relaxer and where to buy
I would always fall asleep during the wash out from the scalp scrubbing feeling so good 😂💕💕💕
Wonderful technique/tutorial!
Kindly list all the products used so I can purchase them. Great video. Thank you
Please use instrumental music next time
Thank u so much
I pray you're well & you post more because the lane is wide open for chemical services on here & that the hair does thrive with proper products and techniques
@@Tyansofficial84 thank you 🩷 I definitely need to get back on here
Please am in Ghana and need some badly, please help me
Yesss that orange base protection is my best friend 😂
Did I miss you basing her scalp?!
This was a perfect tutorial for the correct way to relax hair and keep it healthy. Sadly too few stylists are willing to expand their knowledge and perfect their technique in this way. Thanks for the info and the detailed video! Wish you were in the Bay Area.😢
I’m here from your first relaxer tutorial. I notice this one you didn’t put a pre chemical treatment on the hair. Is that not a thing anymore? I’m in cos school and they don’t really teach us fr. 😭
No ma'am that's playing around in the customer's hair with that relaxer.
Upload your tutorial and teach me
@Ashley21138 I will too.

Parting with that rat tail comb irritates the scalp a NO NO before relaxing use your finger to make the parts, UGH!
@@mssabrina1646 works fine for both me and client and absolutely NO irritation. Do what works for you
This is an excellent tutorial!
Where can I find the influence product
That was beautifully said 👏🏼
In some of the comments, it is mentioned that people shouldn't relax their at home. You must consider that not everyone has the means to travel to, or get their hair cared for by a professional, so this kind of thorough, intelligent instruction is needed. In my case, Im across the world and don't have access to a beautician, so as long as videos like this are created, Ill be just fine. Excellent training video
Merci beaucoup .
When you’re doing a video is best that you don’t have a music background because talking and the music it’s hard to hear what you’re saying
What part is the reconstructor?
What part is the reconstruction?
AWESOME JOB!! JOB WELL DONE. I Am So Proud Of You Keep Up The Good Work Okay.
Whats the name of this song?
This is a gold standard technique! Excellent result.
Can you do a silk press and then do twists?
I have the same question! And did you braid his hair right after the silk press?
You applied the relaxer girl! Great job!!
Very well done. You are so knowledgeable. I'm in Johannesburg, South Africa
The love to watch people put Relaxer in
Thank you ma’am. Do you ever deep condition after the relaxing process?
Yes I do!
Is this calcium or sodium hydroxide did you have to mix the relaxer first?
@@traceylennon1204 did not mix
Never seen it or had it done so beautifully. Would love to have you take care of my hair. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Can a regular person buy this relaxer or do you have to be a licensed beaution?
Good question that's what I'M trying to find out!
Only licensed
The regular beauty supply stores sell it
When you outline you are supposed to outline the midshaft because you’re supposed to apply it to the mid shaft first and to the scalp not on the scalp
Midshaft? No… this is relaxer retouch
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
your client has a nice hairline.
I really want to put a relaxer in my hair again, but I was very pleased with Motions mild relaxer, but I guess don’t sell anymore… regular relaxer is too strong for my hair. I am afraid to try another brand. I need a change from natural hair.
The first thing you are applying is it ordinary oil?
One of the best hair relaxer videos I have ever seen on TH-cam..you are truly professional...I learned many new things...the pre relaxer chemical treatment protectant..never heard of that..and omg is it so necessary!!! You did a great job with protecting the scalp before the relaxer process ..and yes your mothers hair looked wonderful..Thank you so much for this video..im going to follow you every step of the way!!!
Ashley r u in nj?
This is an excellent video. I was also told in cosmetology school it's not good to relax ur own hair. Because u can easily over process it even as a professional! Well done!

My biggest fear for doing at home relaxers is rinsing it out. Do you rinse it out in the shower or sink? Any tips on doing it to avoid the the relaxer having contact with other areas of the body?
Hi what products did you use ?
Hello, much love from kenya, am a cosmetologist student's and i love your work, kindly name the products used and where we can get them
Can this be used on Caucasian hair?
Extra strength, yes.
@leshialove2481 I hope your joking no you can't use a relaxer on Caucasian hair unless it's naturally very curly
@@KenyaCarter517 No I wasn't joking, that's why I asked cause I really don't know. My hair is naturally wavy, but this may be too strong. Thanks anyway!
@lee9604 no I wasn't saying you were joking I was saying the girl who said extra strength yes because I can't ever use extra strength without getting a chemical burn and my hair falling out and that's on virgin afro kinky hair so you definitely don't need extra strength I think they was trying to be funny and have your hair fall out you need to use a mild relaxer like I do and a sensitive scalp one I go to a professional and get the the mizani butter blend sensitive scalp I would recommend that or if you want straight hair try a Japanese hair straightening treatment or a keratin treatment might work to strengthen your hair too you need to talk to a professional that does any of those treatments and find out which option would work better for your hair hope this helps
@@KenyaCarter517 I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were replying to someone else. Yes, I think I will talk to a stylist, thanks!
as a cosmetology student, i cant wait to get better at this and provide hair services to ALL hair types :))
I noticed that you did not apply a deep conditioning treatment after the relaxer. I always thought that you have to go under the dryer for at least 10 minutes to condition the hair post relaxer
The cuticle is open after a relaxer, it will still penetrate without heat. I don’t put my mom under the dryer at all because she hot flashes severely. Any other client I typically would
@@Ashley21138 thank you for explaining. I had a stylist repeatedly relax my hair without deep conditioning and always wondered why she did that.
You are a professional! 🏆 Other salons will deliberately go over the mark of demarcation, and that is when the hair will eventually become thin over time, and that's with going to a so-called salon 🙄 I wish I could let you retouch my relaxer 😢 But it's great these videos are out because when we go to the salon, we can be in more control of how they do our hair from what we've leant on TH-cam 💕
I used a neutralising shampoo that stayed pink even after 10 washes. Is this normal
❤
