Sorry Sister Cindy that u and family went through so much crap. It takes many visits and talking to diasporans then u hear all the stories, the good and the bad. It prepares u for when the badness happens. Stay strong.
Jamaican food is irresistible. Looking good all around.
I've never heard of Callaloo drink. But with the pineapple, I will definitely try it.

Sorry for your experience. I have been to Ghana, and it's not for me. The internet service sucks, and the electricity is always out. Marvelous good for you ❤
This sounds more personal than anything else. Maybe the guy likes the girl. Many people come to Africa for different reasons. Let everyone find their place.
Yes, it does seems that way. Ekow was unhinged.
Yes it was personal. As I have stated numerous times repeatedly, over and over again.. I am speaking about Asebu, And the surrounding area of Cape Coast in the Central Region… it was part of the year of the return initiative with the president of Ghana and the Paramount chief there. There is a huge diaspora population and more that are interested in going there and many capitalizing off of that fact. That’s what THIS video is about not all of Ghana nor the entire continent of Africa.
I am jealous 😅😅

You Beautiful Real Woman, Don't Ever Change.
Thank you ❤
Will you visit Ghana again?
No
Ekow does not speak for all Ghanaians, Cindy does not speak for all Jamaicans. Cindy has every right to talk about her experiences in Ghana and it’s also her right to leave. Ekow stop taking it personal, Ghana is a developing country and has problems but it’s also a beautiful country it does not need assistance to attract the people who are supposed to be there. You are doing no favours for Ghana overlooking its problems or begging people to come. Before the year of return people were coming and assimilating where they fit in, maybe at a slower rate but it was manageable this year of return was a big con should not of happened and has not benefited Ghana just ruined it’s reputation and corrupted a lot of people.
@@nanafrima5522 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯thank you for this!
@@cindimarvelous I want to add i do not support all you have said but i respect your opinions and decision neither do i agree or like what Ekow has said but i emphasise with him as someone of Ghanaian descent why he came out fighting not that i would do it myself but my background is different. there was a Ghana that people moved to before this year of return like there was an Africa before slavery both events distorted people’s view. As a Ghanaian born in the uk who visits Ghana regularly i don’t go to the central region unless i have a visitor from abroad who wants to go to the castle or do the canopy walk there is nothing else there, if you want a pan african village thats the last place i would put it with out major investment being put in first. That pan african village is a pyramid scheme a lazy attempt to regenerate an area in need of a lot of money i am not saying that other places don’t need development but that place needs to be built from the ground up and the sellers did not inform the buyers. My final point is when someone is actively looking for something they search and find what they are looking for, however if someone is actively selling something there is an assurance of quality. Ghana was less developed 20 30 years ago people migrated and were prepared to create their dreams going through tribulations and are still there reflecting on their problems but satisfied with their outcomes, now people come expecting dreams experiencing nightmares but they also need to take accountability as even though the seller has scammed them there is also a saying the buyer needs to be aware and even though the seller knocked my door and i was told lies i did not need to buy. Blame lies with the seller but the buyer was also wrong and should acknowledge this while graciously informing others
one thing I noticed with most Ghanaian they would rather tell lies than accept the truth, and That's not good because the truth is an offence but not a sin they think that Ghana is so perfect
@@amsixtysixyearoldamitooold8489believe you me no Ghanaian thinks Ghana is perfect they are the biggest complainers its a case of “Do not tell me about my child” You can berate condemn and scold your own child but God forbid someone knocks your door and points out your child’s negative characteristics you will be offended and defend especially if you are contributing to the problem. But is this not human nature, i have a different perspective because i am outside looking in but i am still a Ghanaian and have to defend when necessary Ghana is a developing country with inhabitants who exhibit normal human responses people need to stop holding it to a higher standard and saying the way they act is because they are Ghanaian no it’s because they are imperfect human beings the same of which can be found in other countries under the same circumstances, i have visited the Caribbean and experience the same village behaviour found in Ghana as these people experience the same problems found in Ghana and they are interacting with someone they consider foreign difference only the Caribbean problem is smaller as the countries inhabitants are smaller.
Well said. Thank you for your expressing your opinion. 🫶🏽❤️

You could not stay in Ghana so why are you speaking ill of Ghana. Africa is not for everybody.
Thanks for the views and your comment 🙌🏾🫶🏽❤️
I am Ghanaian and I know that some Ghanaian people cant accept the truth. They think that we should all look pass the negative and only focus on the positive even when the negative is a majority. Some Ghanaians need to accept that what they are comfortable with might not be comfortable for others. Each his own. Not till we Ghanaians learn to accept critism, our progress and development will take much longer. I go to Ghana regulary and I see basic inconvieniencies in 21 century that me myself it furstrate me.
Hey ,hope you are doing good.Ghana is a country just like soo many other countries .You love Jamaica ,you live there .What,s the problem if someone not from Ghana and was able to in Ghana for over a year ,she did wonderful. So many ghan is and are living in , Europe,,Canada ,USA and other countries and will never move back to Ghana. Some come and visit and then run back to Europe or the USA.Live wherever your heart desires.Good luck

Yes Simpson sells fake land deeds and takes funds from the diaspora a terrible person
Such a shame 😔
Ghana made 1.9 BILLION dollars for the year of return, I repeat 1.9 BILLION dollars, this money came from the diaspora community looking for connections that clearly wasn't there, but Ghana took the money and now people got the audacity to speak bad about the diaspora instead of asking their government where did that 1.9 BILLION go. When money is spent in the country they don't care if you got if from sliding down a stripper pole THEY WANT THE MONEY. He mentioned sending children to school I think 1.9 BILLION dollars injected into the country should have taken care of that.
🎯Thank you for this!
Well sista I wish you the best, it’s a shame that many continental african people behave this way and refuse to do better… god is not happy, but Godspeed.
