This was the worst thing that could have ever happened to me anywhere in the world!!
I was so heartbroken and saddened by the actions of a few locals and this tarnished my entire experience and outlook on the entire country as a whole ..
I finally speak my peace and my truth, and I hope that this will never happen to anyone anywhere !!

Thank you to everyone who has followed me through this journey as a Jamaican American that moved to the Central region of Cape Coast Ghana for a year.
So many people where shocked to know that I really was going through a hard time while being there because I was only publishing the good and not the bad experiences I went through.
I know this video is very long but I finally had to get it off my chest for closure, clarity and moving forward...
The country is beautiful within itself, I just wished my experience was different.
I hope by watching this, others will learn not to trust everything that you see in social media or on TH-cam.. I did and unfortunately, I had to learn the lesson the hard way.
You can not believe everything you see or everyone that portrays themselves as decent especially on TH-cam!
There are many people that are thriving and happy there, but this was MY experience..
It was a learning lesson in life and I’ve learned to appreciate so much things and people and time. Thank you again for being a friend to all of my TH-camr friends and family .
