Hello David, yes the weather has been auwful today heavy rain and still heavy 12 hours and counting, great scenery as you say with Ingleborough the back drop to many of my videos, it was a light crop in this field hence two rakes making a bigger row, bet they are glad they got there 1st crop in, cheers Steve . 😎⛈

No because a big plough is great on flat land, but a lot of steep land to plow means much easier to have a smaller plough and add if the call is needed, cheers 🙂

Thanks for the comment, i am sure you are not the first to think that, crop had to come of to get Maize in, next Slurry, bedding muck, till, plough, and then power harrow then drill maize total cost ££££££ 🤔, but all part of the thing called farming to feed the millions, cheers .

Have to say that field looks a hell of a lot drier than down here in West Sussex going by the ruts left after they started chopping near here on Wednesday .

@@alanswainson2683 Yes it was dry land, but 5 miles away on clay just getting muck and fert on now and still soft, cheers.
