Fuji X100VI Hands-On Review: Flagship Image in a Limited Body
A short visual poem I shot detailing my complex feelings about moving back home. Shot on the Fuji X100iv and Fuji GFX 100ii with either the 30mm and 110mm tilt shift lenses + my thoughts on X100vi towards the end. I know I am a little late given that this camera's been "available" for some time now, and there are likely hundreds of reviews already out there. But I wasn't gonna squander an opportunity to play with free gear! Plus this camera's so back ordered many of you likely still don't have it so here's a bit more FOMO while you wait lol.
Puerto Rico shots were taken after I had to return the X100iv to Fuji so they were shot on the XS-20, iPhone, and R5C.
Disclaimer: Fuji Let me borrow the X100iv + Their GF Mount Tilt-shift lenses to make this review, no money changed hands, and my opinions are my own.

AI : Bringing My Imagination to Life
มุมมอง 693 หลายเดือนก่อน
I’ve always preferred being lost in my dreams to being present in reality. It worked against me in school, and when I tried to keep a normal job. Then I learned I could monetize it and turn it into a career. But my skills and resources could never quite keep up with my imagination. Ai is bridging that gap. Many people are either intimidated or dismissive of AI and see it only through the lens o...

The Future of Photography: Harnessing AI for Stunning Shots

I promise this will be the last Star Wars-themed image I create for a good while. Putting the theme to rest for now, so I am making it count with this comprehensive video detailing how I crafted this image from a variety of assets including 3D objects, ai generated background, and some in-studio photography. Photographer VS Ai: Can I Take Better Photos than Mid Journey?
มุมมอง 557ปีที่แล้ว
Ai is both terrifying and fascinating. Can AI-made art recreate that emotional relationship we have with human-made art? In this video, I drive to Joshua Tree California to shoot some Star Wars-inspired self-portraits and then try to recreate them in Midjourney to see just how far the technology has come and how long before I really have to fear it taking over my career as a photographer. An Artist in Tempe: Shot on the Canon R5C

A mini-doc I shot for a client featuring Tempe-based visual artist Marie Navarre. This was actually shot for the architect who designed her backyard studio. finally found your account ! dude watched your gfx 100 review months and months ago and forgot to subscribe
A wizard is never late. Nor is he early… happy to have you !
so finally i can say, ur channel is the best channel what i ever seen on yt, especially inmage
lol i love same whiskey
ow god what a grade
ur channer is a diamond, sold me gfx ii
best review, 100%, downloaded and watched on desktop
not getting a gig because you didn't have an a7sII..............when you are an ursa mini pro owner..............that one hurt real bad
Awesome review dude! Love your cinematography and your style.
I recommend kids. Even if it means less gear. You have a world class skill set, (which is obvious by this video) which you can pass onto the next generation. But with your skill set you may not need to sacrifice less gear, even with kids.
This video is a masterpiece
I appreciate the kind words! Thank you
Great to see more of the 305 content being featured. 🙌 Nicely done brotha.
Always appreciate you my friend. Thank you!!
Such a good video!
The type of camera reviews we need
The type that don't bore me to tears. Appreciate you, bro
Impressive work! Are these lenses made for super 35 cameras?
Yes they are!
I waited GFX100S ii Smaller ...lighter ...just as good Newer sesnor And yes I'm a professional photographer
10:15 IT is bait, right? just turn off exposition simulation in menu ... how camera can simulate flash without releasing it?
Great video! The intro was funny to me because everything you said is me except I have a wife so that's why I don't have a GFX 100ii 😭Also interesting about the R5C comparison, I had one for a while. Terrible camera with lots of issues and bad AF.
So you don’t like the size. Got it
Omg that was awesome you’re pictures and also you’re video skills are amazing really outstanding and shows me how much I still have to learn …wish you would also explain some of your knowledge in further videos…:) you’ve got another follower and definitely a like 👍
What I've decided to do is have a GFX100 s ii camera which I will be purchasing soon and I'll be selling off all of my other camera gear except for my Fiji form XT5 which will be my fun holiday camera quick jobs whatever I need to do but just having the two cameras is much better than having four or five cameras and way too much gear. It gets too much sometimes and that means I'll have the cash back as well. I love the Fiji colours so having the XT5 match with the GFX camera I can get similar images in terms of look in colours so if I needed to use both cameras on a shoot I can do that
I'm about to purchase the GFX 100 S2
We have the same problems now. I just got a big brand deal, and now i can get all the cameras I ever dreamed about, and I have the rational side of my brain being overpowered by so many options. I want a cinema camera and two hybrid bodies, I'm learning C400 and two R3s for internal raw recording, but a Nikon Z8 and Z9 duo also looks good, paired with a Ronin 4D for faster paced action. I want to be a film maker primarily, photo second, it's difficult trying not to overspend.
Siiiick! Holy shit, first cuban bread in space. I dig it bro. 🚀
lol it’s what I’d miss most if I left this world. Appreciate you bro
I can’t confirm your observation regarding the flash trigger. I used the camera in combination with an Elinchrom Flash trigger and had absolutely no issues with the viewfinder.
The issue has since been fixed via firmware, but as i mentioned in the video, I was using a Godox trigger and couldn't confirm whether it affected other brands.
How you feel about it vs the Komodo ? What would you rather have for video?
Four minutes and twelve seconds in and this is one of the best reviews I've ever seen. Clearly the best on this camera.
Man that's some mighty kind praise. Thank you. !
Dude! What a great piece and such an inspiring story. The visuals on point 🔥
Beautiful work as always!
Excellent review @ChristianSantiagophoto ! Can you tell me if the Godox transmitter issue fixed now?
Yes it has been fixed
Bro, your aerial footage is incredible! If I had the money to spare, I'd buy this camera in a heartbeat.
Thank you! It's definitely a treat of a camera but by no means necessary
@2:32” i love what you said! Bravo. I have an issue that you might help me to make my final decision: in short, after switching from sonya1 because I didn’t like colours and also a7cR that was slow, still i own gfx100s with all gf lenses and i love 16bit images BUT it’s bulky and slow to be enough versatile for all kinds of photography! Recently i tested Nikon Z8 that I believe is all in one camera for what i meed and reliable for any scenarios. BUT 14 vs 16bit image! Although in theory humane yes cannot see more that 8bit but I believe i can see and appreciate how much is deep 16bit image in camera, monitor and print! So, shall I sacrifice 16bit IQ to have all in one camera gear to cover all kinds of photography i need, or i should forget about all in one and focus on landscape and still life photography (only) and maybe portraits, but achieve 16bit image for best cropping possibility and also x-large printing?
What they don't know is the zcam e2f6 and f6 pro are the cameras that was used in the mission impossible movie
Holy shit dude. Immediately subscribed.
So did you end up investing into this? What lenses? Curious if you tried the x2d or if you've ever played with the Phase One systems? I own Phase One but am craving something lighter to hold, however lack of sync beyond 1/125th greatly hinders commercial work
What’s the point of making a video promoting footage with a specific camera but adding footage from two other cameras. I liked your comparison video but this is confusing man. None the less, looks great
Too much blablabl. Show moreexamples 😢
Question, just to verify. You said when you use a Godox trigger the viewfinder goes black. But are you saying the back LCD goes black too?
just the viewfinder. but it has been fixed via firmware
I 100% took some notes with this video. I love the vibe and and feel you bring to the video. You get a sub from me! I see you with that amazing sunset shot at the PIKE!
Subscribed at the 2nd shot. What a grading mate
Do you thing for video this a good option? Better than a7siii , thanks for the content
Great footage
Hey Christian, have the issues with the Godox Flash been resolved yet? also, is HSS available ?
ur voice sounds nice, and good looking (though nothing to do with ur great opinion)
You might need a Sory for video and Fuji for still photos
Can you use a preview LUT in camera?
This is one of those videos (education) you needed but you didn’t know you needed until when you got it, thanks man thank you so much.
Could you provide some download links to some flog 2 shots?
if you using flash on mirrorless cameras, it`s need just deactivate "exposition imitation" in menu. It`s simple...
