We are fully capable of understanding. The difference is, the Christian is no longer the fool, so what seems an unbridgable gap, for the atheist, is no mental problem for the Christian. It is like a riddle. For the ignorant, there could be no answer to the riddle. It cannot be known. But for the one who knows the Maker of the riddle, it is clear as day.

You know, in the Old Testament, the King James Version preserves the seeming contradiction of how many stalls Solomon owned. In one book it says 4,000 stalls. In another book it says 40,000. So the unbelieving say it is a contradiction, and in the modern "Bibles" they changed the 40,000 down to 4,000 so it would match the other one and not cause a seeming contradiction. But guess what?!?!? As always, the King James Version(you know...that annoying "antiquated" book no one likes and people insult, because their language is so devolved they cannot comprehend it) got it right!!! Both verses...both numbers are true! *_"How can that possibly be?!?!?!?"_* the unbeliever will say. Easy. Look at the English. One verse describes 4,000 types of a certain stall, and the other verse describes 40,000 of a different type of stall. From archaeology in Megiddo, Israel, they found Solomon's stalls, and they match the Bible's exact description. 10 horses went to one chariot. 40k individual horse stalls. Then, when 10 horses were connected to a chariot, that chariot was put into a stall, ready to go. Hence, 4,000 stalls. So 40,000 horse stalls, and 4,000 chariot stalls.

1 Kings 4:26 KJV 26 And Solomon had forty thousand stalls of horses for his chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen. 2 Chronicles 9:25 KJV 25 And Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen; whom he bestowed in the chariot cities, and with the king at Jerusalem.

@@BaptistJoshua The KJV is a terrible translation and the Bible is filled with contradictions. Heck, even the Jewish/Christian god loses to another god named Chemosh in scripture but for some reason they say there is one god? Y’all just making it up as you go.

@@DancingStringsGuitar Thank you. I cannot find an example of leading someone in a salvation prayer in scripture. I am not against it, but I cannot find it. If God uses scripture to save someone as they read the Bible by themselves, he can save someone who hears the Bible. I would rather trust God than to attempt to lead them in a particular prayer.

Some say it is because they are always cold. 🥶 I asked if they have their car's A/C going. *_"Yes."_* 😒 Well, duh! But I can run my A/C to 60⁰ and not get so cold I need a coat outside. One or two others have said they wear it because it is "comfortable." But upon asking further, or hearing someone discuss it, I got the impression, or was actually told, that it was their security blanket. Sometimes, in anger at seeing this all the time, I walk past people wearing coats and as we cross, I say, *_"It is freezing!!!"_* Trying to get them to think or respond. They don't. No situational awareness, I think.

On a side note, my sister discovered that turkeys like peanuts, so they will walk right up to her to eat peanuts she tosses them.

One thing that helps is to stop watching the news. Obviously read the Bible, but stay out of knowing every detail of the evil around us. The news turns over a dung pile to liven the scent, so-to-speak. They like to stir up trouble and grief.

The news likes to take the exception to the norm and make us believe it is the common. To keep us focusing on the mess. The pile of manure. Then they flip it and fluff it. Negativity is not good for us.
