The music when entering Lance's room is so professional and so serious sounding. I mean that sounds like you're in the big leagues now. And the gym leader music is so cool. It's like he is a double elite four and gym leader, and guardian of the top of the too by being a dragon trainer.

I was a little kid when this came out in the mid 90's. Hell pokemon yellow back in 1999 I was 12 I had a special pikachu edition gameboy color for my birthday. The original pokemon games were the best because also they were more challenging because pokemon could not hold items like berries and so forth because it didn't exist yet not till the 2nd generation released in 2000 and crystal 2001. There was also ability not nature. Kids nowadays know the new pokemon not realizing that the first pokemon games were the best

Guys i need some real help... I have downloaded pokemon red/blue for mobile, its a nice app, well done but wtf should i do now? I have four badges, i have fly and cut, i have fossil, and amber but cant find the lab, have surf from cheats, pokemon league has see to go across, gyms cant find anymore, have the bike, cant use surf cause its needed abother badge, there are places i saw being mention... But i cant find, safari zone? Faushia island??? And whatbot whatnot... Can someone please for christ sake, in the name of the holly please can someon help me get trouhg the freekin stuck place i got myself into? This video is the closest i saw from my pokemon version but i cant find the other gyms, the other roots to fly to, or the safari zone, the gang of 4 is chinese to me... Please someone help me somehow to get ahead on this game... Im enjoying the emulator please someone...

I was thinking about croud funding a gameboy usb link cable that allows you to link gameboys over the internet. I hacked apart one of those game boy mobile adapters and got it to interface with the pc. It deffinatly need alot of work such as creating a driver to allow it to interface over network and a program that you sign into to find people to battle with. If this idea seems like somthing that would atleast do well enough to civer its costs i would like to know. The only reason im working on it is to have a way to battle people with my original gb pokemon games but im sure it could eventually be used for other games. Please comment and let me know how much you would pay for it or if you have any network skills and could help me out. Thanks.

Its so weird to me seeing the gen 1 sprite for pikachu come out of a ball and not scream PIKA. Much as i like pikachus original cry, i spent SO much time playing yellow back in the day.

I'm glad I found this because it accurately depicts the difficult of faxing brock with charmander. The firered/leafgreen videos its way too easy because Charmander learns metal claw and though Onix has a more powerful move to compensate mankeys also available early. In red/blue it truly is difficult with charmander unless he's evolved.

I beat the champion on my third try since my Pokemon were super under levelled (around level 42) and I decided not to use potions or revives so I can win based on strategy, not op items, I was so glad when I beat blue
