I have only one critique. You don't need to cut the first row of shingles you can just install them upside down so it just saves a step. Other then that awesome video!

Wow. I just fixed our Harbor Breeze chain. It takes alot of abuse running year round here in Florida but with this fix-it vid, it's working again. It was tricky but being female and having tiny hands made it easier I think. I also loved that gals 'part 2 comment' of where you fell short explaining how the chain pulley and spring all needed to be on the base, and turned slightly so the wire lip hooked in. Thanks so much for saving the day. "I ain't buying no new part!!"

Should always do them in pairs , not just one side. Since you’re going to do the alignment anyways. Also always torque your major replacement parts would be much better. 😅

Excellent video. I was able to fix the chain inside of our switch following your instruction. 👍

I bought a used G0555 and sure enough, the lower half of that tension bar was stripped to the point I couldn't turn it to adjust for a smaller tension on a 1/4" wide blade. Fortunately, the upper cylinders with the set screws were just fine. I did have to use an angle grinder to cut the old bar in order to remove them. I bought a new spring, new washers, new square nut, and the new tension bar direct from Grizzly for under $25 direct from Grizzly, including the cost of shipping. Your video was invaluable! Thanks.

I need to fix my ceiling fan chain but I can’t figure out which fuse to turn off in the breaker box. I turned the one off for the living room and everything stayed on.

Best video I've seen yet on roof sheathing removal on gambrel sheds. It's the small tips regarding demolotion methods and safety that I need to rehearse on. Been watching such videos for weeks, and your video shows the enth details of this phase of re-roofing, specific to gambrel sheds. Huge thanks from this rookie senior with osteo issues who will have to do this job alone! Can't get the husband to help. Cant afford to pay hired help. You're my hero!

My step-father's father gave my brother and me a similar toy before I was in 7th grade, which would have made it before 1963. We played with it until I was well into college. On the other hand, we didn't have a TV. He cut off the last inch or so of the upper track so the marble just fell onto the next lower lever. I want to make one with two parallel tracks so we can race marbles.

I have to say this was a pain to replace and I know have been to the moon and back but is a chain that breaks easily there has to be a better design 🤪
