I didn't rank them, but maybe? Pur, from what we saw, actually has alot of potential, but wasn't taught magic by Kye saying it's "too dangerous", whereas Oti, from what we saw in the fights between him and Fara, he clearly has more experience I'm guessing, Otto taught him these out of self defence Not to mention, in one episode, Pur himself admitted that Oti has more knowledge in magic and those sorts of stuff and that's why seeked help from him In conclusion, They both are inexperienced magicians who are equally matched but, if I had to put one above, it would be Oti [Oti gets Battle IQ, IQ, Endurance {He endured the fall off the montain, yes, The Grandpa person did help him but he still endured the pain and lived through it, along with the hit on the head while he was falling in lava} and Experience, Pur only gets Power {from what we know} and Potential, while the rest are unknown] Proof: Oti himself, challenges Pur in one episode even AFTER knowing the consequences (we know this because, he had a smirk on his face and was clearly riling him up on purpose) He respects him and sees potential in him, clearly taking a liking on him (as a friend), as we can see whenever he smirks/smiles at him in multiple episodes (in the beginning of their meeting)

@@Zara_zod1974 I think I know what you are talking about, but it's also likely that Oti didn't fight it much, because half way he was like "Okay, fine" but Pur used all of his magic without hesitation We can tell that Oti is holding back, and this is one of the many examples
