You can try watching all three and compare what you think will fit you. If not, I suggest watching similar videos like this from other creators. Hi, thank you so much! 😊 for the licensure exam/MTLE, di naman siya required for med school. You can take it anytime. I have friends who decided to proceed immediately after graduation then took the boards during their second year. Most of them din self review na lang. As long as you’re a degree holder and you meet the minimum units or requirements, you can apply to med school. Hope this helps!

yes , after finshing the 4 years in biology, you can take nurse for 2 years only and not 4 years because of the units you've done in biology.

Hi, Nadi! Yes, definitely you can still choose other pre-med courses if you’re planning to become a general surgeon. Wala namang pre-requisite na pre-med during residency, but each has their own advantages and disadvantages. That’s why I made this series to help you guys decide. As long as you love what you’re doing and you commit yourself prepping well during med school, you’ll be able to achieve that. Sorry for the late reply :)

Hi Jellian! Rad techs don’t draw blood like med techs but I do think they deal with injections. Some imaging would require contrast media like CT and MRI. May mga instances kasi na kailangan i administer ang contrast intravenously so rad techs are trained to use the syringe. Also, you might encounter situations sa work field mo na you have to do urgent imaging with a trauma patient (but it depends on where you’ll work soon kasi may iba-iba ding options ang rad tech after graduating), so baka you’ll get to see blood din.

Yes we do especially sa Interventional Radiology and Catheter Lab, CT and MRI even some Ultrasound kaya meron kaming subject in Venipuncture na cluster 5 yan sa board exam part of Radiologic Science

Hi, Dayen! I can’t really suggest kung ano ang best for you. Kasi ikaw ang mas nakakakilala sa sarili mo and you know your own strengths and weaknesses. Basta when choosing a course, always try to consider if makikita mo sarili mo na mag eenjoy while studying. Kasi it’s 4 years of hardwork and mahirap ipaglaban yung course na hindi mo naman fully gusto. You can check the rest of the vids from this series para you’ll know which one is best suited for you. Hi, shae! I’m a med tech so I can’t really say ano ang current demand ng rad techs sa pinas right now. And I don’t know if in demand sila currently abroad. My advise for you is to get the course where you are most interested in, where you’ll see yourself few years from now and try to consider din if you could see yourself working in that field for 10 years or more. Kasi opportunity is always there, you can go abroad as soon as you have the experience required. As long as you are happy with your chosen profession, you’ll be able to stick with it for 2 or 3 years working here in Ph. After that, you can get out of the country. :) Good luck!

Hi, Carmela! Actually po after nakapasa sa board exams, pwede na po kayo mag general practice. Hindi niyo na po kailangan mag specialize. :) Kung kagaya po sa nais ninyo na makapaglingkod sa mga nangangailangan, pwede po kayo mag volunteer sa doctor to the barrios program. Sa pagkakaalam ko din po yung mga may DOH scholarship ay nagre-return service po sa DTTB program. Malaking advantage po sa inyo if mag-apply kayo for DOH scholarship if yun po yung gusto ninyo. 😊
