Ingredients:
500g beef sirloin
2 medium-sized potatoes
1 carrot
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
50g butter
5 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons sour cream
120ml warm milk
400ml water for boiling the potatoes
200ml hot water for the main cooking
1 teaspoon salt (½ for marinating the beef, ½ for the potatoes)
1 teaspoon black pepper (½ for marinating the beef, ½ for the sauce)
A small amount of parsley for garnish
Cooking Tips:
Use beef sirloin or tenderloin for the best results.
When pan-searing the beef, use medium heat and cook just until the surface turns golden brown.
Don’t skip searing with butter-use low heat for a rich flavor.
Chop the potatoes into smaller pieces for quicker and more even cooking.
Add the milk to the potatoes only after the water has completely evaporated.
You can serve this dish with rice instead of potatoes if you prefer.

I’m very sorry for you. This process takes a lot of time. You need to maintain the right temperature of the soy milk to allow curdling to occur. Additionally, adding calcium slowly is also very important.
