Thank you so much. Taking me 15mins to do this and your help has fixed my problem 👍👍👍
The kind of videos we need, thanks!
Merci!!!🎉
God.video.max
thanks for the great video!!! I've just sorted my 2007 Boxer gear selector out . Mine had a slightly different spring and it was 180 degrees opposite to yours but I managed to do it by pressing the tab and pushing the spring in and locking it. It seems to be fine now with no problem in any gear now. Including reverse!!!! Thanks again!
Thanks that seem to have sorted my 1st and reverse! Now what do i do with my 2nd?..🙈
Bro, You save my life ATM. 00:16. Finish , 6:00 work! THANKS SO MUCH!
Well found! You have devised a simple solution to this potentially expensive problem 👍
Thanks sorted only took 2 minutes, long screwdriver to push tab and finger for spring
Thank you, Thank you Thank you!!! I was quoted £461 including three hours labour for linkage replacement this morning. Watched your video and fixed my motorhome in less than 10 minutes! Just got back from a test drive and it's like a different vehicle. I am so very grateful. 🙏👍👍
Apakah sama ukuranyanya dengan injection pump ford ranger YDCI
Happy as fook i found Video you are a legend .. ive been struggling big time with reverse for a while ... thanks alot chap 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Have you got link to your head unit mate
Thanks so much for this, it saved me a trip to the garage and probably a lot of expense 🏴👍🏻
Hi do you know which type brand stereo is it plz
Thank you, great video! I didn't know where to start looking at this linkage before i saw this.
Great video, fixed my Peugeot Boxer. I asked my local garage if there was any adjustment and they said no! glad I found this video, really appreciate it. 👍
It turns out the spring is adjustable and the problem is solved. Thanks!
What should I do if I can’t shift into reverse gear?
Perfect 👍👍👍 you help me very much 👌
What type of oil do you use in the electric motor bearings? I have the same compressor
I like it. Very nice video
What type of oil do you use in it I have one from the 60s but not sure what it takes?
Iso 36 I think
It would be ISO 68 or ISO 100 which is something like 20W or 30W oil ISO 36 would be 10W which is very thin and for air tool lubrication. Honestly a compressor this old you could put anything in there including regular engine oil.
Dude, you literally saved my life, I've been struggling with reverse on my van for about 5 years, asked various mechanics who scratch their head, tell me the gearbox needs a rebuild or don't have time to look at it and I've just had to mash it into reverse. Wish I'd found this sooner, thank you
What should I do if I can’t shift into reverse gear?
Does this work for gear 6 ?
If it's hard to get into 6th it's most likely gearbox issue or linkage.
It is easy to check 😊
What should I do if I can’t shift into reverse gear?
@@TheAndrix20What should I do if I can’t shift into reverse gear?
1st and 2nd on my van is perfect, it's reverse gear that's sometimes difficult so where do i set the arm thing to?
Thanks for that.
This is top notch content! I now know not to buy a used one
Hi, I bought the same model compressor without motor and will really appreciate if you can tell me what the size of the pulley?
Depends on your motor size.
Hey man I bought one of these for £37 off FB marketplace looked new. Was dead same as yours. I stripped it down looked the same as yours inside with odd insulation. I changed the capacitor and now in runs perfect
First thing I tested was capacitor but it was fine. Mine was a short in the windings.
Where is the capacitor located? Do you have a link to the part ?
Hello. Great video. I have a 300 tdi which I've rebuilt except for the IP which is next on the list. Do you know how to set the fuel screw at the back to "standard", or is it a case of using an EGR gauge to dial it in slowly?
Model 253
How did you connect the old propane cylinder, Im doing the same thing with my compressor and looking for the easiest and safe way to join the two.
You need a POL to 1/4" connector.
Thanks a lot. I have same problem. Buzzing sound when it should start going. Once it starts its fine. Probably same issue as you described. Thanks for sharing mate
Hi Do you know were to get parts for these?
Most of them I just machined myself. But if you search type 30 Ingersol Rand pump there should be spares online. Just depends what you want.
Thank you, Been frigging around with my timing and on 200tdi into a series 3, back and forth back and forth now all aligned but still diesel coming out a wrong strokes with the valves, So Pump off and retiming the pump it is great vid
It's easy enough once you know how. Even rebuilding the pump is simple but if the driveshaft bushing is worn you need to have it reamed out to the centerline of the pump which can only be done by a shop.
Bende 1956 model ingersoll-rand var 😃
I'm running repetier on my Anycubic and have just added a Z-probe like yours but cannot get it to trigger on testing (M119) could you share your configuration.h file please!!
can you share code for me ?
Whats that cool looking spool holder/ lighting thing at the top of your kossel? Would you mind sharing that file and or details about it? Just assembling my kossel right now and yours is the most badd-ass looking one i've seen so far!
Thank you. The spool holder was a early prototype which did not work out well. This was because the original designer did not use any bearings. I only found this out after I printed it so ended up keeping it anyway and using it to store spools. I did end up making my own version which was allot more complete and included a bearing system but I cannot remember what I did with the files.
I have the Anycubic Kossel mini (200mm build plate) and just made a z-probe... But cannot find any step-by-step instructions on how to get it working. I am new to this, could you show us how you did this?
What are the upgrades, and how much better are the prints? Also, it doesn't sound very healthy.
I use a custom version of Marlin 1.1. The way this firmware controls the steppers makes them very noisy, however they are perfectly "Healthy". Repetier will give the steppers a very different sound, although the argument on healthy vs unhealthy is subjective.
Greetings and thanks for sharing! A Very interesting method of tramming; would have never even cross my mind to make it do that! Apologies if i'm over thinking this (or maybe not enough) but besides the accuracy at each point is there a noticeable difference in precision between prints or even just the map itself? from say... collecting one or two readings at each point? And have you experienced any vibrational issues doing it this way large enough to matter? I wanna try to figure out how to get mine to do this but just thought i would ask to prevent some lost hairs. haha
I'm sorry for not replying sooner, if you still need an answer I can help you with this.
I have been having a difficult time setting this up. I can get it to probe the bed now but at tge end its giving me an error. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated.
what firmware are you using? I got super frustrated with Marlin trying to auto level.. switched to Smoothieboard and it's quite a bit simpler to configure. No recompiling to change a setting, just edit the config file.
I'm using Repetier which gives the best prints. However the easiest firmware I found with functioning autolevel was a custom version of Marlin 1.1.
Hi, do you have more information about how its made etc? thanks
