Thx for the video!
I wanna ask you about tips, i never use a cabs in USA but I will go to USA this month. How much tips we can pay for a cabs?
Cool
grand central station?
Can I get a taxi from JFK to LaGuardia Airport? Kindly help.
Ok. Here are the instructions I send to friends visiting. At the airport, assuming you are all in terminal b, follow signs to "ground transportation ". Then look for the "busses" sign. You will go down to baggage claim. Before you go outside, there are machines in the wall, like an atm, that sell metro cards. Buy metro cards here. Then go outside and look for the "bus to subway" sign. There will be big numbers 1 2 3 4. There are machines between 1 and 2 or 2 and 3 that are like small atms. Yes, another machine. You need to get a receipt from this second machine. Use the metro card you just bought to pay for the bus ride at these machines that are outside. Push start, stick in card, get receipt. One receipt for each rider Watch monitor to see when Q70 bus arrives. Get on Q70. Any door works, you have a receipt. Q70+ bus to 74th street/Roosevelt ave station. That is the first stop after leaving the airport. Took us 12 mins according to monitor on bus. Get off bus at 74th street/Roosevelt and walk right into subway station. Use metro card in turnstile, this shouldn't charge the card, as transfers are free within 2 hours. Head downstairs and follow signs for E train "world trade center" or "downtown". I think you go down 3 times. Take an E train that says "E World Trade Center" from 74th st/Roosevelt station (insert stop here) stop. Express or local Is fine. take whatever comes first. If you aren't seeing signs or trains that say World Trade Center, you are on the wrong side of the tracks. The taxi line at lga was looooooong when we were there.
This is super helpful and i love the walkthrough detail. The visuals helps with what to expect. I keep hearkng the q70 is free but one must get that transfer ticket though?
is it up 24 hours a day? i got a flight landing in 3AM. next month.
20EIGHTY4 PICTURES - you're credit awaits th-cam.com/video/QpwLOWLVwmo/w-d-xo.html
You'll get a credit as my 2nd unit on location camera guy, one of 5, they mystery guy with the signature ring M heading back and forth between Times Square and else wearing his Microsoft POV shades in 2084 (Retro Post Pandemics future - bankrupt world). He'll pop up the stairs in my chromakey Times Square station exit with aerial 3 angle stage set. Awesome dude! if the movie ever get's released (unlikely) the CORPORATION will pick up your fee.
Great video!! Going to NYC in a couple of weeks and this just gave me a huge piece of mind. I imagine that going back to LGA would just require following back the steps R train-q70-LGA. On a side note was I the only one that saw the rat on the tracks at minute 3:40 😂?
I love that's it's so much cheaper than a cab or Uber, but wanted to ask how long it takes to get to 49th via this method versus a cab?
Wow that amzing information, very good trip and audiens get get noleg too weth video, wonderful share here BIG LIKE 14🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks
2023 🎉 heading to NYC any changes to these instructions? so excited to go

Sooooooo Useful. Thank you!

Hi there! Thanks for the video. Arriving Wednesday. Do you still need a metro card or does tap to pay work now?
I'm about to take a 2 day trip with my husband and daughter. Can I get 1 metro card for all three of us? Or should I get 1 for each of us??
Are there elevators? Will have four small children
THANK YOU SO MUCH 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Great video and tip, I’ll be going to NYC next week and taking the subway from LGA to Time Sq. If traveling with my kids do we all need our individual metro card or can I load one card and just swiping it multiple time? Also does this transportation route work when I get ready to leave NYc? Thank you in advance
This was helpful, is better to do a taxi or urber from lag to Rutherford New Jersey distance for trip 14 miles ?
Perfect video man, thanks!
Thank you so much for this!! I am going to NYC next month. I didn't realize that I will have to take a bus then a train from the airport to get to Manhattan (Times Square). I am saving this video.
Awesome! Thank you thank you!
Can my husband I use the same metro card?
Do you have a video on getting from LaGuardia to the Manhattan cruise port?
Thanks!!!
Great narration and details
Would this be a safe option to do if travelling with two kids and arriving 8 pm at laguardia?
I'm assuming you can do this to get from JFK to LAG? I'll be making the transfer for when I go to NYC in July.
Hi Rob, At 0:27, why shouldn’t you run into these guys that ask you for taxis? -Austin
Also, how do you get ripped off when doing so?
@@AustinBraydenShow Duh, they are not part of the taxi drivers association and they will charge you whatever the Hell they want. $150 $200 for a normally regulated $50 fare. You do you. But what are you going to do at the end of the trip? Refuse to pay and get beat up or your suitcase thrown out on the highway???
I will be flying to LGA from Montreal and will be following your tips. Thank you for this easy introduction 😊
you are brilliant! thanks sooooo very much for this video about the bus and then the train to TS!! usually take the airport shuttle but this time the whole family is going and 40$ per person is too much! I've been looking for something like this but never could find one THIS DETAILED! thank you from all of us who are trying to figure it out!!!!❤😊 you're amazing!
Did it work following his instructions? Im just wondering if the instructions remain exactly the same since this video is old
@@MrEddy0722 yes it did actually! it was such a HUGE help! it wasn't that hard. and taking your luggage in the bus and the train wasn't too bad.
Very usefull video. Perfect. Save me a lot of money.
Wasn’t going to vote for Trump again but if he runs count my vote.
British Union of Bus Drivers
