In this video I will be working on suspension and I will show you how to remove and replace upper wishbone and shock absorber (Strut) on Honda Accord Type r mk6 (MK VI). Although I'm doing this on Type r version of accord it is exactly the same on all other variants of this model.

Ford Mondeo mk4 Parking sensor wiring loom (B1B36, B1B38, B1B40, B1B42)
มุมมอง 6K4 ปีที่แล้ว
The fault codes are: B1B36 - Front right outer sensor (general electric failure) B1B38 - Front right inner sensor (general electric failure) B1B40 - Front left outer sensor (general electric failure) B1B42 - Front left inner sensor (general electric failure) This can mean a short to ground, a short to the battery or as it was in this case an open loop. It can also be a bad sensor so check first...

Thanks mate
Great video, well explained. Many thanks
Appreciating this 5 years on :D. Cheers
Thanks for the video just wat I needed to see 😊
Just ordered Jaguar speakers for the front doors. This is a massive help, great video!
Thank you so much. I need to change the exact inner parking sensor you took out. I didn’t have a clue how to do it panicking since my sensors stopped working. Picked a sensor up from eBay £20 did what you did and works great now. Love this car cheap and comfortable. Miles better than my bmw e90
Really good video. Had problem with a different car but this video worked on mine too.
There is a fast fix, that works for some time : th-cam.com/video/NXLWby71Lrg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mcLZ1FgQLFyyTdUZ
Great video, this is exactly my problem. very good explanation, just like Part 1. Thanks 👌
Hey, has this idea worked so far? I just encountered similar issue and i'm wondering if that would be a viable solution.
Great video, question for you are the lights inside the dash bulb or led ? Thank you.
Don't know, sorry
Thanks DazDoes, just what i needed to remove door card!
Thanks mate!
Great video, it also shows near the end where the parking sensor speaker is hidden. Screwed to the underside of the top of the dash, which was why mine didnt work.
Hello Sir do you know if the dash lights are bulbs or led thank you
Thank you, just what I needed. Youve saved me a fortune at the garage.
you dont need a hair dryer it hapens to the focus aswell the lock mechanisum freezes open through mosture easy fix just undo one of the threey torq screws that holds the lock and first spray water repelant in to the hole like wd40 then spray lubricating grease in the screw holl right inside the hole in to the mechanisum job done
which of the screws to undo?
hi the nearrest to the inside at the top it should go through to the mechanism just spray in there job done @@SW5555S

Brilliant thanks for the video good job 👏
I’d like to meet the genius who deigned those door handles.
Do you really need to disconnect the battery
All right guys. Here's how I solved my glow-plug problem. I have an Audi a3 TDI, year 2011, 170,000 miles. The glow-plug warning came on and I mentally prepared myself to do the job this man is doing in this video. Instead, I used CataClean, a product I had previously used to clean my Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Cost is $28.00. I followed the directions, emptying the contents in a quarter tank of fuel in my vehicle. Drove the vehicle at highway speed for twenty miles, then resumed normal driving. Scotty Kilmer, TH-cam God, says the effect of products like CataClean actually occur when the vehicle is parked, so many short trips, in this case, are beneficial. Within twenty miles, the glow-plug warning light no longer appeared. The light has not returned, even after 10,000 miles. I also used CataClean for a "check engine warning light" that appeared on my display. Probably the light was for a fuel sensor. Within a few minutes of driving after emptying the contents of CataClean into my fuel tank, that check engine light went away and has not returned in 15,000 miles. Save yourself time and money and give the CataClean a try. Cheers!
Tried CataClean at 1/4 tank. We still have the Glow Plug service engine light on.
@@chaddonal4331 My only advice would be to try the CataClean one more time. I had an incident where the Cataclean did not work on my 2011 Audi a3 TDI Deisel Particulate Filter warning light until the second bottle. The cost of having a mechanic address the Glow Plug issue, or the DPF, or the Check Engine Light, may compel you to try one more bottle. I hope it all works out for you.
@@michaelgoins8382 How specifically does Cataclean fix glow plugs (or rid the CEL)? We actually have no symptoms of glow plugs failure (I.e. slow to start, sluggish, low power). The car drives perfectly. But the CEL has been throwing a Glow Plug code for 18 months, and is on 90% of the time. Smog due this week.
Cataclean will NOT fix faulty glow plugs. On VAG cars when the glow plug warning light starts flashing it means you have an engine fault - could be blocked injectors. That is probably what the cataclean fixed. The check engine light means you have an emissions fault.
Thanks so much for your video so so helpful
😂😂😂 you don’t even need to remove that we’re you popped screw driver in ffs just pull the leather trim back
Legend. Thank you!
The last dea days, because of the low temperatures, my front doors started to not lock. And I have to heat them, by hand, until I hear the mecanism working again. With this video, now I not what to do. Thank you!
Cheers Daz!, followed your guide yesterday and worked a treat this morning.
Good video 👍
The same problem, MK4, with keyless function, CANT close the doors when there are temp about -3,-5C... Every winter i have this problem 😔
This is keyless model
@@dazdoestip6459 Nice, my too! I will make this procedure later, because i cant anymore... Every morning and evening i need to start my car about 30-40 minutes earlier to warm up - then locks start to work and that is pain 😔, waste of fuel and time...
Ford mondeo 4 ford mondeo do not work all the arrows on the dashboard. Where to look for the reason?
Nice to see someone doing a video to help others because there’s nothing on here already, great job dude.
yep cheers mate ive been puzzeling over it
Excellent 👌 video
So what can u say after this, in next winter doesn't frozen that lock?
So far had no issues
Wrong, Put the needles in, then plug the connector from the car to the instrument cluster. Turn the car key to number 2, and see where the needle point, then turn the car off, then spin the needle anti clock wise until it reach 0, WHEN it reach 0 then give the needle 1 little put like a tick. You can hear the needle ticking like second needle in the clocks at home tik, tik, tik, as soon as it til on zero just push for 1more tick. Turn key again to number 2 and the needle should idle at the correct position 🤷🏾♂️
I had a a3 the same. Merlin silver. As the car next to this. Beautiful. In the sun
What year audi? Cheers
2005 iirc
Very good video big help thank you
Great video!
Thank you mate. Very helpful. 👍
Video helped me a lot. I managed to slide it back in in by using a small hook or a tiny copper wire.
Good video.
Thanks for the video. I've just done the rear door and found that if I pull the mechanism out with a piece of bent metal it does click out far enough to get the handle into place, no need to remove the card.
Thanks 👍
Thank you
Thank you
Cheers buddy 👍
Why did persons dislike the video ?
Thanks for this! My parking beeper (or the wiring) is faulty so it's good to know how to easily get to it.
Excellent 👌, thanks for posting👍
Awsome job sir!! Thanks for uploading!
