Bakchang, Zhongzi, dumplings, with extra filling recipe.
Glutinous rice chinese dumplings. Pork, mushrooms, salted egg yolk, mung beans, black eye peas, dried shrimps. This is recipe for extra filling, not your normal recipe. it's packed with filling and less rice.

Origami Crane this is a Tutorial on making an origami crane. My mom taught me how to make this when I was young, I think I maybe learnt this when I was around 7-8yrs old... Well, to those who wanted to learn, here's a tutorial. It's not that hard, but not totally easy too... so i teach this slowly so you can follow... but you can always pause the video to catch up. This is for Chinese new year celebration.
I especially like this one bcos unlike the others which require you to punch one hole on each rolled angpow (where to find single puncher now??) and then thread through them, this way is much simpler. Cut and paste only! Will try after this. Thanks for sharing!
