I did this but with stock gas tank for a moped and it keeps shutting off like it’s not getting enough gas

You should have removed the stabilizer links and replaced them with new ones. The lower control arm would have dropped down a lot. Lower and the install would have been a lot smoother, especially using the blue jacket. You had holding up the vehicle to Lift up on the outer part of the lower control arm.
Mann i got this Chinese carb for my 1985 honda trx125, it idles but it runs like shit, no power. I adjusted everything cant find the sweet spot, is that common with these Chinese carbs
Try a bigger main jet
@@froggersgarage5127 I was going to try the jets from the original carb put them in the Chinese carb
Great job.I bought one for 50 bucks and I was telling my friend it was the stator that was bad because it’s not getting any spark. I need to start working on it soon.You brought it back to life.

I don't think so but when I put my wipers back on they started working again
Get a sprocket that is the same as your chain and use that as your tensioner the sprockets have awesome bearings inside them so I suggest get a sprocket chain tensioner wheel

I have same idea, but maybe use old engine as base( to keep the vario drive and brakes) and make a plate to which new engine can go on.

It was stock with a governor delete and a header I think so maybe 8 hp

Hey, I finally find out the problem, it's fuse/relay box under steering wheel, or more precisely - tiny relay soldered inside this fuse/relay box.
Glad to hear and was it the 30 amp fuse under the dash on the driver side
And how did you fix it
@@froggersgarage5127 First I tried to change whole fuse box, but I find out that it's needs to be programmed. So I opened my original fuse box, then I found and took off damaged relay and soldered new one, now everything works as it should.

hey man any updates? a fricking duck flew onto my windscreen and got stuck on one wiper and jammed it, now it doesn't work. when I turn on wipers it does a sound at the start but no movement whatsoever.
I wish man but your best bet is use a test light and check to see if your getting power to your wiper motor threw the clip
@@froggersgarage5127 thanks for the reply, had to take it to the mechanic, he said a wee plastic clip that connects to the wipers from the motor broke and had to replace the whole thing... it hurt my pocket bloody duck I wish I had chucked it in the oven at least.
That's unfortunate, I will be taking mine to a shop soon and I know it's not going to be cheap

I dont think anu kf ypur welds actually penetrated from the looks of the welding wire sticking out everyplace you definitely needed to learn more its not hard to learn hopefully you practiced amd figuered it out. Sense this vid so what happend with this thing? And HG wheels ate trash and non are actully round.

Better with chain and clutch or with a torque converter i see you have 2 builds as i am doing the exact build just wondering what way to go..
It depends on if you want top speed I prefer a torque converter and 30tooth rear sprocket because with a couple mods it will do 50+ mph and has good take off and acceleration for me at 145 pounds
